I’ve dealt with pain in multiple places of my body for years. An an active military sergeant and competitive body builder I’ve put my body through the ringer. I’ve tried products like protein, collagen, turmeric and the list goes on and on and on. I’d still have body aches and cramps no matter what I took. It really does suck cramping up mid workout when you just started. Being that I suffer from arthritis in the knees, I felt I needed to give my honest opinion about this product so that it may possibly help someone else. I see a rheumatologist and have also seen a bone specialist that said my only fix would be to have a total knee replacement in which they feel I am too young to have at this time. I was prescribed meloxicam which did absolutely NOTHING to ease my pain. Ibuprofen helped more than anything. My med was changed from meloxicam to celebrex, which still didn't help very much without the ibuprofen. I finally remembered that someone had told me about tart cherry JUICE, but I know how I am about liquids and the taste of things, so I began to search for gummies. I noticed after about a week of taking them, the pain was bearable. The flip side was that the gummies were TOO GOOD, so I was eating them like candy (LOL)! Then of course I had to look for the capsules. By now, the tart anything was out of my system, so I was experiencing unbearable pain again and the celebrex just couldn't ward it off alone. Once the capsules came, I immediately started doubling to hopefully help get it in my system faster. In about a week, I could walk normal with less pain. ALL of that to say this...I believe this product has helped me TREMENDOUSLY and I WILL NOT allow myself to run out OR miss a dose!! I previously used this product and for some reason, maybe the current crisis, stopped. I found that after stopping my joint and muscle pains got worse, but blamed it on age or whatever. After restarting this product I found the pain was markedly decreased so it's no coincidence that this really works.
