After taking Black Seed Oil Capsules for a few months I noticed my hair was not falling out as it use to do. Every time I brushed it, I would have a sink full of hairs and now only two or three and some of the thin places on my scalp are all filled in! Do not use my pain relieving meds anymore either. I bought this product based on recommendation on the benefits of Nigella Sativa to reduce hbp and cholesterol. I take 2 capsules daily with food (no specific time of day). its about 10 days since I've been taking these capsules and my hbp checks have been showing gradual drop. (I check every other day) from a range of about 140-150/90-95 it has dropped to a range of 125-135/80-90. Also, my cholesterol level has dropped to 219 from over 260. I have been ordering from Sweet Sunnah for about a year now and I definitely have mixed feelings. The cost has increased by two dollars in the past half-year, but the quality has gone down. My most recent order was an entirely different color and taste than all of my previous batches. Which, would be fine if there was any type of disclaimer, but the taste is drastically different. I'm pretty sure there shouldn't be such inconsistency in the quality, should there? I imagine this should be a pretty standardized process by now. Side note, I bit into one of the pills and it crunched. Any logical reason why a gel cap should crunch?A good question would be why I'm reviewing the taste on the pills instead of the liquid bottle. I chew up the pills because I want to get the Black Seed Oil in my mouth as well, it supposedly has great properties for the gums.
