Amazing product! I use this in the morning to increase mental focus (I work on the computer), increase energy and endurance and help to balance out some hormonal issues. The taste isn't bad although a bit tingy. Product does seem like a great quality. I've been using it in my coffee in the morning. Powder could be finer and spoon included is useless. This comes in a small bag inside the big bag. Read more
