I highly recommend this product if your Testosterone levels are low(not on TRT) and you want to maximize/boost the amount of biologically/naturally available testosterone . OR...... if you are on TRT and want to decrease the amount of testosterone that gets converted to estrogen . Before I started taking AE-3 my lab results showed increased estradiol ( biologically available testosterone was being converted to estrogen). Against my doctors wishes I did my research on estrogen blockers and found AE-3 and started taking it and it definitely lowered my estradiol levels to a normal range. I am a 50 year old male struggling with all the issues that come with age. Great product and it works. I've been dealing with high estrogen and low testosterone levels. I've been trying to control it with supplements instead of taking a pharmaceutical. I've had several blood works done on using this product and my numbers are now almost normal after 6 months of use.
