I’ve been suffering with allergies that have worsened over the last seven months. I believe that stress induced them. Either way, I’ve been breaking out with hives and have experienced lip swelling. I did not want to take a prescription medication every day of my life, so I looked into natural alternatives and found Quercetin. I am only 3 days in, and have been hive free so far! It’s truly a blessing to have found this product. I also take the sodium ascorbate version of vitamin c. Please look into quercetin!!!! It works so well!! A+++++ Read more

I use this for allergies. It works! I mix 1 scoop in water, give it a shake, then drink. I mix it with a scoop of Curcumin, black pepper and a little olive oil in the AM. I use it 2 or 3 times a day depending on the season. It has stopped the sinus infections. Also, it stops itchy ears due to eczema. I don't have to use antihistamines any longer. Seriously, this really works. Update, I add a little olive oil to the mixture. Read more

So I have absolutely TERRIBLE allergies this time of the year... I had someone in one of my crunchy momma groups recommend I try to take Quercetin (also great for the Chrona Virus FYI). I don't take this every day (but you could, up to 3 times a day actually). Any time I get an itchy throat or watery eyes or a cough I make a cup of tea with this in it!! For me...it works immediately at stoping my allergy symptoms.IT IS AMAZING!!!!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖If you have seasonal allergies...get some NOWWWW. You won't regret it!🌼💐🌻🌺🌸🌷🌹I mix one spoon full (it comes with a pre-measured spoon in the bag) with a bot of honey. Mix it really well so no powder is left. Then pour in boiling water and mix the honey with the water. Then I add my teabag. I recommend using nettle leaf tea but any tea would work. I'm currently out of nettle leaf and I'm using green tea instead. 🍵 Read more

I really like using this product especially during this time of the year. Quercetin is a flavonoid which is found in many fruits and vegetables. It has been known in high concentrations to help boost your immune system and reduce body fat. I enjoy mixing this with my smoothies and protein shakes. Read more

Fights inflammation and slows aging with antioxidant action. I don't use much at one time, and it helps counter some oxidizing action of swimming in chlorinated pools. I plan to use some each time I swim. I like it. Read more

If you’re looking for a Quercetin product for dogs, I would be weary of this one. I gave this product to my 4-yr old lab for seasonal allergies. I gave him about 300mg (a little over 1/2 scoop) which is about 2/3 of a full dose for a dog his size. The next morning, he woke up and looked drugged. He didn’t have his normal pep and lagged when I called him to come get his food which is insanely abnormal since he’s a lab and he lives to eat. It was like he just woke up from anesthesia. Since Quercetin is supposedly “Nature’s Benadryl” according to Google, I thought he was just drowsy and it would wear off throughout the morning, but as the day progressed, he began to struggle to walk. His gait was off and it was really hard for him to go from sitting to standing. I called poison control and they researched the source of the Quercetin in this product (Sophora japonica) and concluded it is non-toxic for dogs, but he seemed to be getting worse so I took him to the ER. At the ER, he couldn’t walk up the stairs to get into the clinic. His mental state seemed off, like he was intoxicated. I had to carry him up the steps. We did a drug test, full blood work, and a urine test and all came back normal. The vet mentioned he had “pelvic limb ataxia” which means there’s an issue in the L3-T3 area of the spine. It could be from a pinched nerve, herniated disc, or something else neurological. She said it was a mild case and couldn’t find anything else wrong, so she sent him home with a wait-and-see approach. I don’t doubt he has a deficiency in his pelvis since we hike hills a lot and he gnaws at his hips sometimes, but I wasn’t convinced this was the only thing at play since his ENTIRE spirit/being was off. Like I said, it’s like he was drunk or drugged. We brought him home, I gave him a large dose of CBD, and he slept for 13 hours straight. He woke up today with crazy energy and back to his old self. I still don’t know exactly what happened and I’m thankful we’re out of the woods (at least so far), but if you’re looking for Quercetin for dogs, consider our story before you purchase. Read more

My teenage daughter suffers from POTS and Mast Cell Activation Disorder, and she has a hard time tolerating medications, probably due to MCAD-driven reactions to "excipient" ingredients (the non-drug fillers) found in pharmaceuticals. Quercetin has become her go-to mast cell stabilizer, since she cannot tolerate the prescription meds she's tried, like Cromolyn or Ketotifen. I like that this brand is in pure form without fillers. We add a scoop (500 mg) to her smoothies or herbal teas twice a day, and it does a good job of keeping her MCAD under control and prevent flares. Sometimes we add other mast cell stabilizers like Bromelain, Luteolin, or Vitamin C. But we like to keep the ingredients in pure form to control how much she gets, we have learned this through trial and error. I have started taking Quercetin when I have allergic symptoms, and it has been helpful. I highly recommend this product. Read more

Bought this on a flash sale deal and wish I could get it again for the price I paid ($18 or so would be a great price) :( . I add this to my homemade mineral drink mix. It has no flavor at all but turns my drink bright yellow. Need to use warm or hot (but not too hot) water to dissolve the powder. It does not dissolve or mix in cold water. But it stays in solution once dissolved. I prefer mixing my own energy drinks and am always looking for healthy powders and liquids to add. This is a great product. Will buy again. Read more
