I’m doing keto but still need some sort of carby crunch with meals occasionally. These do have a small amount of carbohydrates but not alot like chips or crackers. And, I like the taste and texture. You get a lot in every bag. They are filling. And they satisfy my need for a crunchy snack. I’ve tried the nacho cheese too but prefer the scorchin hot ones better.If you don’t like the texture for lack of better terms- card board like, you won’t like these I bet?! They are alittle stiff. I find when I want a sandwich, I want chips to go along with it! However, that’s not always an option when macros are a way of life! I’ve found these to be a great substitute to satisfy my “crunchy” cravings! And boy are these crunchy! (I try not to eat these at work when others are around. They can be quite LOUD to chew!)
