I've had my DHEA level tested. For my age the lowest it should be is 32 . . . I was a 9. I take this four days a week with a meal and have already felt a huge difference. Even with exercising I couldn't get my fat level down, with this it's back down to a reasonable level for how much I work out. I've also noticed a bit more energy.
