1. I am amazed at the poor English and poor explanations that come with this product.2. There is no ingredients list and it clearly tells you not to apply to scalp. Very scary. I would like to know why? What is in the product.3. Poor to no instructions. You have to go online and watch a video to find out that this is not a leave in hair treatment but a rinse out conditioner.4. Would love for you sellers from other countries to list your contact info on the product. I love this product. I only used it once because I had my hair braided. It softened my hair and it did not take long. I would definitely recommend this product. Any product that works is worth the money. I would not pay more for it because I am a WEN user. I abuse my hair beyond reason, I only had to use it with WEN because I did way too much. Read more
This is the best hair treatment I ever had in my life. I read the reviews before buying it and I was convinced of it, but now I’m very satisfied with this magical treatment. I washed my hair with my regular shampoo (Nexxus) which is my favorite and after shampooing I massaged my hair with this magical treatment leaving it for 5 minutes. Then, I rinsed my hair. That was all. I didn’t need to use the conditioner. In instances, I felt my hair very soft and shiny. The only thing is the smell it’s kind of hard smell but still good. It’s not a bad smell, just very strong. Actually, I love it!!!!!!! I totally recommend. I’m buying more!!!! Oh, what I didn’t like of it was that it comes in a very small container. So sad, because it’s a great product. But as everyone says, the best things come in tiny pieces. LOL. Read more
