I had purchased this product for a cruise. I always seem to get sunburned. My husband had been working in the yard the day it arrived and had a terrible sunburn the verb on his arms.. I love the product and the packaging, however, this last bottle did not come w/the pump that the photo shows and that is essential for me to have. Can you please send me the pump ASAP? I usually use a aloe lotion to help my skin nourish after a long day at the beach but I think I like this stuff better. It applies with easy and does not leave a sticky film or scent on your skin. I'm not sure how much it is moisturizing my skin but I do love the way my skin feels after I put it on. I will definitely be buying more. Read more
I ordered this item healing organic aloe vera gel infused with lemon grass and received a bottle with a white cap and inside it didn’t seem like it was aloe vera gel it was bright orange it had completely burned the tops of my hands when I went to test it thinking that this was how the product was supposed to be. I contacted Amazon and initiated a replacement product I received the new product today and it was as you see in the pictures the proper color a more clear a whitish aloe vera gel and it had the sense of a little bit of lemon grass in it unfortunately it arrived partially frozen. Nevertheless I’m not quite sure if I would recommend this product as I don’t know what was in the first bottle and I fear that the quality control of this product is not being closely scrutinized. I think at this point I’m going to return my products I am highly dissatisfied and very concerned about why the first bottle was bright orange with no scent and the second you see in the photograph was the new product they exchanged it for.
