The pso-rite has helped significantly with releasing my psoas and hip flexors. A lot of the negative reviews come from people who are laying on both points at the same time. Bodies are not the same width, so this method only works for a percentage of those who attempt to use that method. From watching the companies Instagram videos, I quickly realized the best method is to target one side of the psoas with one of the “points” and floss(move leg on the side of the targeted psoas from left to right). The base of the pso-rite is wide enough to not flip over when using just one “point” at a time.I have lacrosse balls, foam rollers, theragun, you name it... I have books on specifically targeting the psoas and various methods to use. Nothing has worked as well and effortlessly as using my full body weight on a single “point” and flossing. It would be very helpful if the company made a small instructional pamphlet or brochure to accompany the tool. I think it would cut down on the confusion and also reduce the amount of negative reviews and returns. Yes, they do have informative videos, but you have to seek them out on Instagram or YouTube. Great product overall and very pleased with my purchase. Read more

WOW!First of all,About me: two herniated discs at 24 years old and very active. I lift 5 days a week and run 6 days a weekThank you Joe Rogan for always talking about this and promoting it without getting paid by Pso-Rite which gave me confidence to try this out.I herniated two discs in my lower back about 3 years ago which has been giving me serious problems ever since. I avoided surgery at all costs and have tried nearly everything there is to pain relief associated with releasing tension to the sciatic nerve...My bedroom looks like a physical therapy office.I've done physical therapy for 6 months, chiropractic work for 6 months (what a joke), read multiple books about living with herniated discs (since it never really heals 100%) and was really knowledgable on how to roll out properly with a lacrosse ball, foam roller, PVC pipe, using a inversion table, electro therapy etc..to either reduce the pain or give me enough mobility to just go about my day to school and work without sweating from the pain and discomfort. The one thing all of the doctors, physical therapists and books never mentioned was the Psoas muscle. I looked up what this muscle was and it blew my mind that nobody ever mentioned it to me after the hundreds of doctor/physical therapy appointments I had. After reading a little about it I ordered one immediately. On a normal day when I wake up, my pain is usually a 6-8/10 and I always have to do my routine with my inversion table, lacrosse balls etc...to be able start my day. The first time I used this for my Psoas, it was like the greatest relief I have ever felt. It was weird because I never knew about the muscle, never realized how tight and sore it was, but after couple minutes of just using this directly on the Psoas, my pain completely went away. Not only the pain went away but my posture for sitting and walking feels way better because now I have more mobility in that muscle since it was never worked on in all 4 years of my powerlifting career and because of that I know have a mind muscle connection to a muscle that I never knew I had which helps me when I am sitting for a long time or just walking. And on top of all of that, this piece of equipment gets all the spots a lacrosse ball or foam roller can never get to. This is the best for hips, hamstrings, calves, upper back, lower back and nearly everywhere I have tried it on it has impressed me since I have tried other things which don't do as well due to not being the right design or size. This is clearly a very long review and obviously everybody is different and might not get the same benefits as me but what I do know for a fact is if you don't get any benefit or relief from this then you are just not using it correctly. I have shown this to all my friends and let them use it when they are over at my house and none of them have any injuries and were raving about how much pressure it released or how good it felt during and after using the Pso-Rite.100% worth the money and you won't regret it.Injured or not, this will change your game. This is my new favorite thing to do before and after workouts to prevent injuries and help with recovery. Read more

I've been suffering from popliteus tendinitis. After 6 months of going to therapy I was cleared to slowly go back to working out. I started working out slowly with a trainer so that he could monitor my moves and make sure I do not re-injure my tendon. From day one he recommended the Pso-Rite.At first, I wasn't sure if this thing really could work but first day doing legs he asked me to do some squats. He noticed that I couldn't really go down too far which could be a flexibility and tightness issue. He stopped and asked me, where do you feel hurt or tightness. I said my hamstrings. He had me get on the pso-rite for a minute on each leg in the hamstring. Then I did it again and this time it was my quads. As we kept breaking down the movement and had me massage the area with the pso-rite I got more flexible. Finally after a few different tests I was able to get full range of motion a lot lower than before and he added weights. I ordered this and use it on all my work outs. I even will use it in combination of the stretches I have learned in therapy. It really works and gets rid of any tightness which allows me to maximize your work out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Read more

The pso-rite is a game changer! I was to the point I could run without my leg giving out. I thought it was a groin issue for a couple years until I heard Michael chandler and David Goggins talking about the psoas. I’m back to running 3-4 miles a day with no issues. Every few days or so my psoas will get tight and I just wiggle around on this product for a few minutes and I’m all good. Highly recommend. Read more

First at all I would to give this product 6 stars if I could. As a former kickboxer and mma practitioner my husband was suffering from a chronic and debilitating pain in the psoas and the groin. After listening in the Joe Rogan Podcast people like TJ Dillashaw, Michael Chandler and Dave Googings talking about this device I decided to buy it for my husband. I never seen him so happy and relieved from his chronic and on top of that the guys from the company provided him videos thought instagram with more exercises and stretches. A 6 star product and a 6 star service Read more

I’ve had years of hip flexor issues and most of the stuff I tried just couldn’t get to the pain point. The pso-rite is the perfect shape and material to get to it and it’s kinda magic. Very clever design and so far I’ve used everyday and it really helps. Read more

I would pay about $15 for this, $100 is extremely hard to justify for something that can be replaced by a few lacrosse balls or just leaning on the end of a barbell. Read more

Firstly, It's just an ABS plastic mold and should not be more than 20 bucks tops. I bought this for 60 bucks on sale and still feel really ripped off. It's unfortunate there are not other products in this space but I imagine they are coming soon and hopefully competition will be less greedy....The product itself also is very wide for someone with small hips. It would not be hard for 50 dollar price range to make an adjustable product for where someone's PSOA is. When centered on my hips it is outside both my PSOAs so I can only hit one at a time and it's very awkward... Needs ability to adjust as one size fits all doesn't work for this product. It would be less awkward if there was just one side for the one size fits all version...Let me be clear... best product on the market right now but also very very disappointing... Read more
