I’ve had this for about three days now. I was super excited about getting it because I gave in to all the hype, and I saw David Goggins recommend it! But honestly upon first use it was just alright to me. It didn’t meet my expectations, I could use a lacrosse ball or my own hand and get similar results. In my opinion I feel this product is way overpriced! It’s just plastic molded into a so called human elbow design lol. I think I could’ve got a better product for my money’s worth and I feel there are cheaper products that has better results than this. If I had to pick over, I would’ve tried this other massage device on amazon that has lifetime warranty , similar price and all. I’ll do the best I can with this product since I blew off money on it. But it’s something I’ll try to use just because I bought it, and bought it for a price I feel is ridiculously high! I wouldn’t pay over $45 for this in my opinion. I can see it being a decent praised tool if it was in the price range of 25-35. But how overhyped and the cost of it is, it’s just ridiculous to me! Read more

When I opened the package my first thought was "are you freaking kidding me! I just paid 70.00 for a piece of plastic!". The instructions consisted of a a piece of paper with photos of a man lying in different positions. I tried to use it on my psoas muscle and it was a complete failure. I was going to send it back. I then went on you tube and was able to get the basic idea from videos others posted. There is no right way or wrong way to use this tool. You just need to get down on the floor and see what works best. I found the spot on my psoas muscle on the right side and laid on my stomach on top of one side of the tool. It was painful at first because my muscle is so tight. But I was able to get deep into the muscle. After about 45 seconds I could feel the muscle start to release. I switched the tool to my left side. I repeated this process several times. I stood up and no more pain! I slept thru the nite for the first time in months! I have had double knee replacements and a left hip replacement. I was sure with the amount of pain I have been having that I would need a right hip replacement. I could barely walk because of the pain. Not one of the medical providers I see suggested I could have a tight psoas muscle. I stumbled on this while researching why my hip hurts all the time. My knees had started to hurt again too. I work at a desk all day so it made sense that it was tight muscles. I have been experimenting with my quads, calves and even my shoulder! This plastic tool is a life changing miracle is. I look like a contortionist while using it but there isn't a muscle I can't get to. Again, you just need to dig in literally and go to work on each tight muscle and find what works for you! Goodbye tennis ball! Read more

So I wasn't a big fan of splashing out $80+ bucks on this. However, it has made a *huge* difference. The shape/design of it allows me to get into those tough places and the release has been so noticeable. Also it seems to be really well made. If the company could find a way to get it made for cheaper, this could go a long way. These things should be in gyms all around the country. Read more

I bought this because my massage therapist recommended it for my tight psoas. I have been dealing with unexplained, extreme knee pain from a gradual running injury for the last year. I have been to over 80 appointments with different specialists trying to figure it out. My quality of life was suffering greatly. After some research, I found that a tight psoas can cause unexplained knee pain. Why two orthos, a neurologist and three different physical therapists didn't know this is beyond me. I took the chance and paid the $80 because at this point, I was running out of options. I am 5'8" and 120 pounds and both points fits my psoas and glutes perfectly. I have used it every day and within a week, I FINALLY felt relief in my knee. If you like deep tissue massage, you will love this. It gets to areas no massage therapist can really dig in and stay for long. There are useful videos out there that cover every area of tension you might have. I have used it on my neck, shoulders, hamstrings, etc. I have found that laying my upper body on a king size pillow takes a little pressure off for psoas and glutes if you need it. Thank you to the inventor of this! I am finally getting some quality of life back and am looking forward to being pain free with continued use! Read more

Ahhh, what is worth measured in? That is the golden question but in this case I think I have the answer. Look - it's a simple injected plastic part - and really in practical terms paying $50-$100 is a lot of money for that because I work in an industry where we use injected plastic parts and yeah, they don't cost this much even with their margins. This is why you will read a bunch of reviews with people complaining about it being overpriced. But in this case you are paying for the design and I personally have no issue with that because it is an AWESOME piece of design. There is no other product out there that does what this does. It is the BEST lower back/glute release tool you can buy. Period. The spacing of the "arms" and the geometry of them get to places that even deep tissue massage from a pro will find difficult to get to - in particular when facing prone. The spacing of the arms also functions to pull away and widen around your spine when your weight is on it. So for me the price you are paying is for a unique item that does something no other self-massage instrument can do and in my opinion it's totally worth it. If you aren't feeling the difference with this the chances are you aren't using it right. Read more

Too expensive for what it does. Too expensive for a hard piece of plastic. There are much better core strengthen stretches that target this area for free. I prefer standard core stretching and my baseball for my Psoas than this device. It kinda works for pressure point relief but the baseball does a way better job.The reason is got a 2 star instead of a 3 was the price. If it was cheaper I would still say it was decent for pressure point relief but I would still recommend stretching and a baseball. Read more

The problem with this product is not the design or the quality (both fine), but the lack of content to help use it. It only comes with a tiny instruction sheet (see image) which has as much legal disclaimer text as it dies helpful content. The videos on their site are useless. If anything it’s set me back a week in my rehab for a recurring lower back injury and I am in more pain having used it. I sent this back for a refund, and would recommend anyone speak to their physio before buying to build a rehab program around it. On its own very unlikely to deliver results for lower back issues in my opinion. Read more

I'll start by saying this is absolutely extortionate. But, I can't find much else to use other than this for its purpose so unfortunately you have to pay what the price is.There is a vast amount of things you can do with this, and loads of info and tutorials on it, but the most important thing about it, is that it will absolutely hit your psoas muscles. I've had back issues for years and I can 100% say that this is helping me massively correct them. There is a difference in the way I move and feel before and after using it. And for that, I'd say it is worth it. Read more

Got this device to help release a shortened Psoas due to long hours sitting down for work during lockdown. Painful at first but after a few days offers great relief and more effective than the massage gun. It can do so much more in terms of release. Check out the Instagram account for other uses. Expensive but worth it for what it achieves Read more
