I have had a nagging pain on my right side just under my ribs. It was pretty constant and never went away. I have had multiple gall bladder tests and my doctor has never found anything. My nutritionist suggested this product and it has been a God send. The pain is gone and life is wonderful. I take one every night before dinner and this pain has gone away. On days I forget the pain shows back up but not as intense. Next day I make sure to take it. I'm not exactly why this works but I swear by this product. I was on Prilosec and then Omeprazole, daily for years due to acid reflux. With the bad press about omeprazole and alzheimers, my primary doctor suggested notching it down to a Pepcid AC or something, which I did. But soon thereafter I started taking this product with each meal and a daily probiotic (jarrodophilus, by Jarrow), and NOTHING ELSE, and I am mostly normal with regards to acid reflux. I find that I need an antacid about twice a month, and only when I eat badly. (lots of carbs, gluten, etc.) Read more

I'm sure this is a great product for some people. But I got a terrible headache after my second one and the next morning when I woke I was itching and had red welts over my arms and hands. When I looked up the side effects on the web it stated these were some of the side effects for this. I was so wishing it would help.
