Not for beginners.This stuff is a kick in the teeth if you aren't using it correctly or especially if you are unaware of your own limits. You should know when to cut back, and it is a product that everyone will react differently to.I personally stopped using Cellucor C4 since I did not feel the pumps as much as I did when I first started training. This will deliver the pump but beware of not following a typical regimen (i.e. Fasting too long and taking a full dose anyway) for it can potentially have adverse effects. I am sure everyone can relate to coffee/energy drink on an empty-stomach. Imagine that, but worse.I don't always use this, but I love it when I do. Normally I save it for heavy compound days.I am a 5'5" female @130lbs. and I don't have an issue taking the full dose. However it would be a sound idea to portion out the doses if you are that of a similar stature. I did this for about a week.I feel incredibly focused and on fire for a good couple hours. After drinking this I felt like I could intimidate chuck Norris. I got off my couch and went through my wall and ran to the gym. Half way there I had to turn back because I forgot my headphones. Once I got home I ran through the wall and made another hole. Grabbed my headphones and left through the front door. Let me start by saying I've been taking pre workouts for ages, nothing has ever been real good since the bans, some ok but nothing that seriously worked. I am 6'1 239lbs and am as lean as youd ever want to be and stimulants don't have any affect on me, or at least they never have until I decided to try the new version of the very mediocre OG Mr hyde...... WOW was I surprised! PROSUPPS NAILED IT! This stuff hits you harder then the OG jack3d did, harder than the OG angel dust, in fact I would dare say that for me this is the best working PW I've had.OK so some cons....#1 I found THEE ONLY way I can take this stuff and not turn into a 800 degree cherry red tomato is I have to IMMEDIATELY start working out the second I drink it, not in the car, not at home, not walking from the car but literally as I'm ready to do my first warm up set, drink and go. Then I'm fine.#2 I only say this because I always hear people complain about taste so I'll cater to those people. Green apple i thought tasted pretty bad, but I've had much worse. I dont reviews on any supplements cause 95% of your results are from your own hard work and diet not the product.Ive bought probably 15 different brands over the years and ive been 100% satisfied with this in the pixie dust flavor.You get extremely driven and focused without feeling hot or the skin crawl feel. Best way to describe it is it feels like "clean" not artificial energy.Reccomend most for am workouts due to no crash after. This has been my go to pre workout of choice (or replaced the other basic go-to for starters, you know which one I’m talking about (a letter and a number). My caffeine sensitivity has gone up so much that even after cycling out for a few months, I still don’t get any energy boost from more basic pre workouts.However, I have not yet found any flavor that I can “enjoy”, they all taste extremely sweet, artificial and has a terrible after taste, so I always have a chaser to drink or eat right after taking this.. truly disgusting. Blue razz is the worst imo! But I still continue to buy this time and time again because the results are reliable! It always gives a good boost of energy for the days that I’m dragging myself and really need it! I do not take it every day so the tub lasts me a couple months.
