Massive pills. I've never seen any supplement pill this big, but they work really well. Definitely effective in preventing exercise soreness though, I take 5-6 of these horse pills a day for 2-3 days after exercise and there isn't even a hint of soreness... And I almost always get sore, especially 2 days after workouts.So yes, works very very well, but DEFINITELY not for everyone because of the size. And allthough they can be broken in half, the broken edges are too sharp for comfort.There is also a soft-gel version made by this company that's decent, that also works quite well, but according to the label has less amino verity. Well, the product I received was no the product that is shown in the description. I received an older version of Amino 2000. Even though it was well within its expiration date, I like to be given what I am sold. Also, 6 pills a day is a lot. I would suggest a powder. Read more

These pills are enormous in size. I am a 230 pound male and nearly choke taking these pills whole. Even after breaking them in half they’re still big and seem to get stuck in back of throat almost every time. Will never order pills this size again. Read more
