It’s not only helping but, it’s only 1 capsule per serving, which I always love, especially if it’s actually making me do better. It’s also made clean in an GMP Certified Facility in the USA, actually in Texas. It arrived quickly and was sealed well. I’ve learned that not all Turkesterones out there are beneficial so I’m glad to see that this one IS an extract that has 10% in it that I feel working. What’s not to like? Okay, first off, don't listen to these reviews from people saying they'll update their review after longer use. Should these people wait and review the product after they've used a significant portion of it? Also, some of these same people saying it works great and leaving it 4 or 5 stars because they're seeing more veins and getting a better pump. I wonder if they realize this is touted as an all-natural anabolic muscle builder, which is what should be noted first and foremost in a review. My fave review though is the person who took this for a week after having never worked out and left a review. If you've never worked out you're going to see a natural increase in muscular strength and development without the aid of this product SMH.Okay, so, I took one easy to swallow capsule per day for 31 days, so far, and have noticed exactly nada in muscle gain and strength increases, though I'm about to cash my chips in on this product. It seems like I "maybe" have gotten better muscle pumps while taking this. The directions say to take 1 per say and that's all you need. Maybe you need more capsules per day for it to work, but at $50 per month I'm not willing to roll the dice!I've taken these natural anabolics before as both single ingredients and together in a formula, including the high touted Anafuse: Epicatechin, Laxogenin, Korean Mistletoe, yeah, I've tried about all these next big muscle building ingredients and they've all been gimmicky, novelty bunk. I don't know for sure about this Turkesterone because I've not tried it at a higher dose, say a gram or two, but as it stands at 500mg per day it did nothing for my muscles and strength. Without the black pepper, the turkesterone would be diminished within a very short period of time. Basically, this means the black pepper allows your body to use all of the turkesterone being provided without your body rapidly breaking it down, thereby depriving you of the turkesterone’s benefits.What Project Hulk is advertised to do, which the average person has no way of officially verifying, is increase protein synthesis. The manufacturer professes this supplement will help your body break down and utilize protiens (per hour basis). What we definitely can verify is; this Project Hulk supplement provides a light boost in strength, stamina and energy (without the soreness) AND without the anger and aggression typically felt with pro-hormones. So, at the end of the day, we have to agree there is some level of increased protien synthesis from the average person’s perspective.I am rating this supplement 4 stars because it is not quite the pro-hormone level alternative my husband was expecting, based on advertising, but it is a decent alternative. As it turns out, I recently reviewed another turkesterone supplement that does a slightly better job than this one. If there were half star ratings, this one would be a 3.5 and that one a 4. The other brand contained a few additional ingredients that work in perfect unison with the turkesterone to produce a close match to pro-hormones, thereby rating a solid 4 star review as a very effective pro-hormone alternative without the negative side effects. 5 stars is reserved for the rockstar level alternative supplement to actual pro-hormones that performs on an equitable level. I just started working out after my recent purchase of a pull-up bar. I really can not do more than one pull-up; so I opted to do more push-ups to slowly build up my upper strength before attemping to do pull-ups again. With only protein powder, my growth in strength has been a bit slow. After I used this product for a week I noticed a significant endurance improvement when doing push-ups. I can now do three pull-ups, and I am ecstatic about it. At about 50USD for a sixty day supply, these seem a bit expensive to me...I am rating this three stars, as they seem to work but they are very expensive. Today is the first day trying this big green pill. I’ve lifted weights constantly for most of my life.I am 6’1 225ish and have been around the block a few times with different “supplements”. 😉There are no magic substance out there that will replace proper diet, training, sleep and of course genetics.However there are things that can help at different stages in an athlete’s life.I am not expecting much but hope to be surprised (anything is possible).I will update my reviewFirst week in and I must say “I am impressed”So far so good.
