I don't impress easily. I have been struggling for decades with 5 severe Autoimmune System disorders that have only started being correctly diagnosed within the last 4 years. One of the most challenging ongoing disorders has been neural muscular disorder. The neurologist I have worked with for several years, identified that a big part of the problem was insufficient B12. Yes, I was tested as needing methylated. However, nothing we tried improved the situation except in a minor way. Plus I reacted very negatively to shots and pills. I came across a REVIEW on a vegan spray product that mentioned INTRINSIC Factor and asking that it be included in the product since it is required for absorption. I researched and immediately ordered this product. I received this 6 DAYS ago. I took 2 capsules immediately to jumpstart and 1 cap every morning since. By the 2nd morning my little dogs were able to get me up 30 minutes earlier. By the 4th morning my old shingles pain started diminishing. 5th morning slight improvements in coordination (less staggering and less over-rotation torso movements). This morning - up an hour earlier and movement is definitely requiring less effort and focus. By the way the original B12 blood levels were within the "lower normal at 250".
