I use these on top of the factory insoles in my shoes. These work well for me, the best insoles after several years of trial and error. I have high arches and many of the newer shoe brands, including expensive brands, no longer have good arch support. I add these to the existing support which come with my shoes, so they are stacked up and that seems to work perfect for me. They haven't slid around in my shoes and blend perfectly on top of the factory insoles. Read more
