Not very sharp. I'm not a professional, but even I know the hair should not "bend" around the blade. Read more
I don't know much of anything about the quality of hair cutting scissors, so take this with a grain of salt. As an amateur hairdresser cutting my husband's and daughter's hair out of necessity, these definitely work. They are sharp enough, easy to hold, and I have not cut anyone's ears, head or my own hand. I consider that a win. I don't know the difference between the two standard scissors (I get how the thinning scissors work) so I will probably just alternate between the two to spare either from too much wear. Read more

The blade is dull. The thinning sheers are not usable because they’re so dull. Straight scissors need to be oiled. The hinge is so badly stuck together I got a blister on my finger within 10 minutes. I don’t recommend. Read more
