Really noce relaxer. It makes my hair feel very soft and gets it really straight. Wasnt enough to get my ends straight but seeing as thought i was natural before applying it, it did a really good job. Guess ill just straighten my ends with the next application. Read more

Profective brand hair products are top of the line, they have amazing conditioners for normal to severely damaged hair. I purchased the relaxed (retouch) this past weekend and I'm very satisfied with the gentelness and the conditioners that came with the box kit.
