I received 16 reusable, washable, bamboo toner pads. In addition to the pads I received a plastic zip up bag with orange siding to store my clean pads for travel and a mini mesh laundry bag to keep all of the pads together when washing. These pads are made from two layers of soft organic bamboo fabric material. They are created to clean deep into your pores and effectively pull all makeup, sunscreen, chemicals,and cosmetics out. I found that these pads remove eye shadow, mascara foundation, and lipstick makeup very well especially since they have a larger surface area than my normal cotton rounds or squares. Due to their large size, these pads allow you to easily remove dirt, oil, and sebum without having to use multiple pads which makes them eco-friendly. One critique I have about these bamboo pads are that they aren’t as soft as the disposable cotton rounds or squares I used to use, however I don’t find them to be overly abrasive either. A positive about these bamboo pads are that they are very durable and do not fall apart like my old cotton rounds or squares. I even threw my used ones in the wash and they were not frayed or worn in any way. This leaves me hopeful that they will last for the claimed 1000 times before I have to replace them which again makes them environmentally friendly. The pads out of the wash were completely cleaned of all waterproof and non-waterproof makeup including black eyeliner, black mascara, foundation, and lipstick without any leftover stains or discoloration. Overall I am quite impressed with these reusable, washable organic bamboo pads and will no longer be purchasing the disposable cotton rounds. Hey Everyone! I have been using these reusable Bamboo Makeup Pads this past week and I really like them! .First, these come with a little bag to put them in to wash. I loved that I didn't have to search for all of them in the laundry! Drying took a little while and I had to put them back in the dryer. .What drew me to these pads is being able to wash and reuse. Between removing makeup and using toner or micellar water, I could use up to 6 cotton pads a day!!! 😱😱 These pads have definitely helped me reduce how many pads I use in a day! .Pros:🌺 Reusable🌺 easy to wash with the mesh bag🌺 texture is so soft, not scratchy at all🌺 cost effective versus how many cotton pads I purchase🌺 best uses: cleansing, removing makeup, removing masksCons:🌺 Absorbs thin products. I’m impressed! These little suckers are super soft, and they clean so well! After I use them I use a little hand soap to clean some of the make-up off before tossing them in the wash. And they come out completely clean.Update: I have seen several other product that are the exact same thing here on amazon but they have a really nice storage bag and a wash bag. The “storage bag” you get with this purchase is a cheap and thin plastic makeup pouch. I’ll end up having to buy something else and I’m not sure the plastic one they give you is recycleable. I’ve changed to four stars for this reason. Next time, I’ll probably purchase from someone else to minimize waste. However, the pads are still super soft (they’ve gone through the wash and dryer, 2-3 times now). There is one that is slightly discolored and it’s only because I didn’t pre wash it well enough. I really like that I could stop buying and throwing away the little cotton rounds I used to have to buy to remove my eye makeup after the shower and apply my daily toner. I wasn't sure they would work out but they work out perfectly. I bought the white ones and I had told myself that they were going to get stained and I needed to be okay with that. I was pleasantly surprised they came out of the wash looking perfect! No bleach or stain spray needed. This might just be the makeup I use but I was excited. I keep them in the roung thing on my counter and then once they are used I put them in the bag that hangs with a command hook on the door. I bought these specifically for removing eye makeup, but unfortunately, they're so rough that they leave my eyes red and puffy. They are fine for removing foundation or BB cream, but considering I bought them just to remove mascara, they aren't all that useful for me.Supposedly, the company offers a money back guarantee and asks you to email them for a refund, but I haven't gotten a reply. If you buy them, count on keeping them.EDIT 12/29/19: I finally heard back from the company. They offered to refund my money, but only if I removed my negative review. I don't need a refund that badly... especially not when I suspect that's why there's such a high proportion of good reviews. The pads are slightly larger than the usual round cotton pads that you purchase from the drug store (maybe by ~1 inch) but I like that they are reusable Material seems to be slightly more absorbent than the cotton pad but it is very soft against the skin. I love this product! I use for makeup removal and cleansing with micellar water. I hang the mesh bag and put the used ones in, and just wash the whole bag on laundry day. They wash clean, and the bamboo gets softer and more absorbent with every wash. Read more

Love love love it!! Make sure to wash it first, for hygienic reasons and also because the trim of the round is shedding a tiny bit. I love that I now have reusable cotton pads and don’t need to toss one every day. These are really large which is great! Of course they will never return to as white as they were when new if you’re removing mascara and dark makeup - not sure why anyone would expect that, but I wash with some soap right after I use them to get most of the makeup out before letting them sit before they’re tossed in the wash. I also like to damp them before I use my makeup remover as I find it makes the product last longer without absorbing too much of it! Read more

I'm on a bit of binge to make less waste and I honestly wish i had bought these sooner. I delayed because i though these reusable pads would be inconvenient and not as good as the disposable ones. I was totally wrong! These reusable pads are super durable, easy to clean and all around a great purchase. The key is to clean them by hand right after using them and then setting them aside for a rinse through the washing machine (using the laundry bag that comes with them). This prevents any stains from setting in. I've been able to use the wipes with even my most resistant of mascaras and eye liners. The only thing is that you have to use more makeup remover or toner on the pads since they tend to absorb liquid, but I found that it wasn't a significant amount more. Read more
