As a frequent traveler who flys 100,000+ miles a year I take my toiletry bag in and out of my bag many times per year. And I found that finding a good replacement for my existing toiletry bag to be a nightmare. Everything I saw during hours and hours of searching was bags that were flimsy, poorly designed and what I found to be super frustrating, bags that advertise they are TSA one quart size compliant and then when the bag arrives it is enormous. Then, the universe aligned and I found this bag. It is well built and I love the bag shape. Having the flat edge around the perimeter of the bag allows it to stand on its own while loading the bag up which I find super helpful. One side of the bag is clear, the other side is slightly opaque.Now, this bag is actually bigger than one quart. Not comically too big like some of the other bags I ordered and returned but still. A pesky over zealous TSA agent could prove that out with a tape measure and calculator but they don't get paid enough. The fact of the matter is that it isn't noticeably bigger. I have brought it through security in the US where I would never expect a problem, a few countries in Europe as well as Japan where in my experience security officers are very diligent and have noticed every little thing that was a problem with my luggage and it made it through screening without issue everywhere. So I am confident that it will continue to work moving forward.Bottom line a great bag that is slightly too big technically speaking but not big enough for anyone to notice to this point. This bag is large enough to fit all my travel toiletry and makeup liquids (3oz shampoo, 3oz conditioner, 1.25oz toner, 1.25oz hair volumizer, 1oz hair protectant, 1oz beauty oil, 2.4oz toothpaste, 3oz body moisturizer, plus small pots for serum, eye cream, night cream, facial moisturizer, tinted moisturizer and a number of sample sachets) and sleek, but simple enough, to match my other black pouches, sacks and packing cubes. Quality materials, including an invisible zipper tape, and not made using the non-woven material so popular with inexpensive travel bags.When I ordered this bag by ProCase, I wasn’t sure why there weren’t more reviews of the item. I’m still not sure. This is a great item. When you travel as much as I do, something as simple as a case for toiletries is a big quality-of-life issue. My long time, transparent pouch had done its duty for years, but the zipper was broken and it was, well, icky. I ordered this thinking ti would be just as good, but there are surprising bonuses with this -- the zipper is sturdy, the bag packs very efficiently, it stands up when full without having to carefully balance everything, and, after a small hair conditioner crisis, it cleaned up very well. Pro's: Good quality for the money, plastic, zipper, fabric are all about what you're expect for a ~$10ish travel bag. Narrow design but you can stand it up on it's bottom if needed. Looks better than the full PVC plastic travel toiletry bags.Neutral: Bag is on the small side but fits your essential liquids, would consider that a positive if you prefer to travel light and not take up a lot of space. Would prefer if the bag was kept generic or discrete without a branded logo, thankfully it's on the small side on one corner.Con's: Has an odd clear plastic slot on the outside, I assume for sticking a toothbrush in possibly? Because of the shape, can fit more in it than in a quart ziplock bag. Went thru airport security in multiple countries with no issues. I did not have anything leak, so I can’t speak for how well it would do if that happened, but they way the zipper is my guess is it would not help much. Read more

The dimensions of this bag give it a volume of 97cubic inches, which is 1.6 litres. The limit in UK for CAA approval is 1 litre, and for TSA approval is 1 quart (US) which is slighlty less than 1 litre.In addition having one side frosted and non-transparent is also not acceptable under TSA or CAA regulations/requirementsWhile you might get through security with it on some occasions or at some airports - it does not meet the TSA or UK-CAA requirements.I have returned it for a full refund, without any difficulty. Bought this assuming it would be ok for liquids, toiletries and whatnot in my "carry-on" luggage. Think I've only used it twice since buying, and I was told yesterday at London Gatwick airport that this bag is not approved for use, the marketing is a con. The free bags they give you, or ziploc ones you can buy, actually have a seal for liquids at the opening (which this one lacks, it's just a zip). It works as a bag, quality decent enough for the money, but not approved/compliant for carry-on luggage. Read more

Used this for the first time recently and it worked. It's small but enough to get my weekend toilteries and a bit of makeup in- ie the liquids and it got through security there and back. Must be the ‘look’ of this bag, but it was immediately flagged by airport security (Canada) and singled out. I put the EXACT same items I travel with every time (I travel frequently and have a standard kit, previously zipping it all into a flimsy bag I liberated from a Melia resort) and the Canadian TSA had me there for close to an hour. Scanning and rescanning my bag 4x. Of course, you can’t ask any questions, but they finally seemed to zero in on this bag and before even checking the contents, said I was over the limit. I WAS able to place everything into the bag theyProvided me, and was allowed to proceed, but I will be hesitant to use it again just to avoid this hassle.
