I initially got these to aid my husband with his glucose levels but decided to take them as well. When I took these supplements I noticed that I had much better circulation when running errands etc. My Fitbit normally tells me that my pulse goes up in the 115's when doing normal house chores. Doing some activities, my pulse still went up but returned to normal at a much quicker pace. I’m not out of breath as often before and get a deeper sleep, I also maintain a sleeping pulse of 60's now.I know that the cause of all of these is L-Arginine because I haven’t altered anything else yet. When I was an avid runner, I took this product on a daily basis but I cannot run anymore due to my ankle being prosthetic after shattering horribly. (My 1/6/'20 email)Hey Tim,Bob here.I just finished my first bottle of the L-A, and I believe it's working for me!I've been taking it sparingly because I'm on meds since heart surgery in January '19, so I wasn't too sure how it would affect me, but, let me tell you, I'm a hard gainer, and as of a couple of months ago, with even light exercise, I've started to gain a few pounds, which I definitely needed!I'm also feeling stronger, which is another goal, and even with my arthritis, I'm in less pain with my movements! It's great- maybe! I've been taking this for a few weeks now. My kidney function has been borderline, as determined by GFR estimates and creatinine levels. Noticed with age it was getting worse. The first GFR measurement after I started taking this supplement went up (good). It was not much, and may not be significant over time, but it didn't get worse. I'm not recommending taking this as a holistic approach to a kidney issue, but for me the addition of this supplement MAY have resulted in beneficial effects. Used to be 300 lbs and weak. Now I'm 180 and have big veiny forearms. I have to try hard to cheat on my diet for the next two weeks because I am losing weight too fast and my skin can't keep up. Never in a million years did I think I would have to make myself eat. Was always trying to stop myself stop. I do about 25 pushups and 15 pullups a WEEK. That's it. I barely walk to my car. This is the best bang for your buck as far as nitro boosters go. Stack with hmb, glutamine, creatine, and your daily multivitamin and you are going to have a hard time looking weak and fat. It is amazing. My blood pressure dropped to healthy levels (120/80) for 55 year old coming from 138 or higher. I feel more energetic.
