To be clear, I have no association with this company. I am merely a daughter who had a very sick father, who went looking for answers for his health. Let me explain: when my elderly father first moved in with me his fasting glucose was over 300; and, his blood lab test for A1C was 8.1. He couldn't remember much of anything, including not even remembering where the bathroom was (which was right beside of his bedroom), or even who he was talking to (e.g., his children and grandchildren). He had so much numbness and pain in his legs and feet he could barely walk through the house or walk up only a couple of stairs. Several years before moving in with me my father who has been skinny and fit his entire life was diagnosed with Diabetes, and had been on Metformin & Glypizide for over 2 years with increasing dosage amounts over that time period, and increasing side effects, such as runny bowel movements and frequent urination to the point that he had much difficulty leaving the house. While on these treatments his doctor reports that his A1C never went below 8.1, and his glucose levels never fell below 250. After just three months on Berberine, his A1C levels and glucose levels were low enough that we were able to wean him off of all pharmaceutical medications; and, after just six months his A1C and Glucose levels were in the prediabetic range. It has now been about one year since he started on Berberine and his doctor states that he is completely "cured" of diabetes. His levels are not even within the prediabetic range. His mind is now sharp; and, he can remember everything, such as new passwords and things from his past. He has a better memory than he has had for quite a while. Additionally, the pain and numbness in his feet and legs has gone away. He now gardens and goes on walks and climbs entire flights of stairs without any issues. Other than taking basic multi-vitamins, and this Berberine supplement, the only other change he made was to eat a strict Keto diet, which is also known to dramatically improve the health of diabetics; but, I believe the Berberine helped his health to improve far faster than anything else, right from the very beginning. UPDATE!!! Last June when I had my yearly checkup my cholesterol was 138. Last month it was 103. Happy dance!! Only 4 months of taking this 2x a day. He took me off my blood pressure meds & lasix. Down 19 pounds since last year too. You better believe I’m still taking it.I’ve had really LOW blood sugar most of my life (I’m 55). Started this Berberine 2 months ago & my blood sugar is between 95-102 now. I’ve lost 17 pounds. Sleeping 6-8 hours each night instead of 2-4. My acid reflux is GONE. Haven’t taken Zantac since day 2. Blood pressure is normal (still take 1/2 blood pressure pill daily). If you take these pills right when you start eating a meal it will dull your appetite. I follow a very low carb diet (no grains, processed carbs, fruit, sweets or high glycemic foods/drinks, with cheat days only once every 45 days). I take 1000mg Metformin 2x per day. My exercise consists of walking and weight training. My blood pressure is usually around 130/89 and A1c was 64 in 3/2019. In June my A1c jumped to 7.4 with no change in diet or exercise. I purchased this product in June and started taking 3 capsules per day. 90 days later my A1c dropped to 6.3 and my BP went down to 110/72 (no change in diet or exercise). 180 days later my A1c dropped to 5.7 and bp is still good. I've taken tons of snake oil supplements over the past 30+ years and been disappointed most of the time. This product is the real deal, at least for me. No complaints whatsoever. This product contains chromium AND cassia cinnamon along with berberine. They aren't labeled on the front of the bottle at all. Why would it include them? There is NO explanation on this page or the company's website about WHY these extra ingredients are included.Cassia cinnamon isn't even the better type of cinnamon. (It is possible to take too much cassia cinnamon due to the coumarin content.) If I was going to take a cinnamon supplement, I would much prefer to take ceylon cinnamon.I was stupid to buy 2 bottles of this. Read more

I have high cholesterol and blood sugar. My head was killing me. I was not sleeping very well. I started taking this product three weeks ago. I feel the best i have felt in I don't know when. I am sleeping great, I have a ton more energy, and the headaches have totally gone away. I am going to take this for maybe three months and then get my blood sugar and cholesterol checked again. I am on a low carb diet as well. I am no longer hungry every second of the day and it appears to be fixing my hot flashes as well. I am sure that is just a side effect. But what a great side effect. I am also a lot less stressed! It has really turned back the clock a few years for me. I hope that in three months time I can say it has turned the clock back more than just a few. Love this product.
