I can tell a HUGE difference since taking this. I'm currently taking it along with OxyLuv brand oxytocin nasal spray which is a "feel good hormone."I can tell a big difference with both of these products used together. I'm not agitated anymore. I have three boys. Five year old twins and a three year old. Normally their fussing, fighting, talking back and whining irritate me and get me yelling and swinging at them but since taking these hormone stabilizers and balancers I am very calm and almost passive with them now. Just started this brand, which I would have liked at a lower dose but didn't find it. (I wanted a micronized formula, so wound up trying this one). After only a few days (I wasn't expecting to see immediate or measurable "results", as I'm using it to balance hormones) I began getting hot flashes in the afternoons. (I'm a post menopausal woman who's not had any of these for years.) This tells me it's got what it says it does, but for me, it's too high of a dosage. Unfortunately, it's not easy to reduce the dose when it comes as powder in a capsule. My recommendation is to look for a micronized formula in a much lower dose so you can adjust what you need based on your lab test results after a few month's time. Read more

Of the micronized Pregnenolone this seems to work best, but my body has trouble assimulating it well. I've had to start using more sublingual forms for better results. I have no doubt it works well for most people that do not have all my health problems. Read more

I have tried a couple of other brands of pregnenolone and this one seems to work very well. My only negative side effect has been some nausea and loss of appetite. I think it is because I have been used to taking smaller dosages throughout the day instead of one daily dose. Read more
