These really work! Absolutely amazing product. We had been trying for months before we decided to start using these strips. The first month we used these, we got pregnant! They are especially useful if you have irregular periods or suspect you ovulate earlier or later than typically predicted. Thanks to these strips, I found out I ovulate on day 18 (which is different than what is most common, day 14). The strips are extremely easy to read and I coupled this product with the app "Premom." As you can see from the pics, it allows you to take and log photos each day. It keeps track of the day and time you take the photo as well, that way you dont have to worry about keeping the strips and evap lines from reading them outside of the recommended time. Because we were blessed enough to conceive the first month of using these, we also go to try out the HCG strips. Again, you can see from the picture I had a positive test strip only 10 days past ovulation. This strip darkened over the next few days to confirm pregnancy. I also took a first response test and it was positive. Basically the HCG was incredibly accurate extremely early. Which was surprising but really great as well. I have a 32 day cycle so when I took my HCG test, that was 5 days before my missed period. We could not be happier with these strips. We truly believe it's because of these we were able to conceive. Using these strips is not as easy as just peeing in a cup and testing yourself. I had to do a lot of outside research to find out the best way to use them. I thought I got a box of duds because I kept getting negatives or ones that looked slightly dark but maybe I had too much water before taking it. And then one day - BAM! - no doubt about it; it was positive. I'm grateful for these strips because I found that I ovulate a LOT later (like a week later) than I thought I did. The other reviewer got it 100% spot on - when it's positive, you will know it!Here are some helpful tips I found from various TTC sites:1. If you don't know when you ovulate, start testing yourself once a day beginning on the first day of your cycle.2. Continue testing once a day until you get to about day 10 of your cycle. Switch to testing twice a day until you get a positive. This is because most women have a 28-day cycle, and ovulation typically occurs on day 14 give or take a day or two on each side. However, you may find out (like I did), that your cycle is longer or you ovulate later.3. Most women surge at 8am and the hormone begins to be detectable 4 hours later in your urine. So when testing, test no earlier than 11am. For your second test, take it before 6pm. That seems to be the agreed end time of when the LH is best detectable.4. Try to limit your intake of fluids 1-2 hours before you test. This is to minimize the risk that your urine is too diluted to detect the LH.I chose to start keeping a log in the off chance that I didn't get a positive for an entire cycle. I read on a few sites that if you don't get a LH surge after testing for 2 months, it's good to check in with your OBGYN to ensure there's nothing truly off with you. I wanted to make sure I kept a picture of each strip to show my doctor. The app in my picture is called Premom and is pretty easy to use - I'd recommend it if you decide to keep track of your results too.The best piece of advice I can give, as a control freak myself, is relax. It may seem like the tests are faulty, or that you're never going to get that positive, or that maybe there's something wrong with you and you're not producing enough LH (trust me, I went through all the emotions too!). Perfect. I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year with PCOS. I used the LH strips and I got a clear positive (my line was darker than the control line) a day before I ovulated. 11 days later or at 10 dpo I got a positive hcg strip. I say that both of these work just as well as store brand tests, but at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this brand. Read more

I used these strips for 3 months now while TTC. I won't lie, the first month was a bit of a challenge partially because I did what other users suggested- kept them and made a log. Frankly, all that did was confuse me since the strips do tend to get darker as they dry. I would NOT suggest that other do that.The next two months I tested twice a day close to my ovulation window- once in the morning and once in the evening and always threw out the strips afterwards. So far, they've been able to track my LH surge exactly. When I plug the positive test into the Glow app, the prediction date for my period was spot on. I am so happy with my purchase. My OB recommended this brand. He informed me that they work just as good as the expensive top brands and I get ample amount. He was right! I started testing for my ovulation the day after I stopped my period. Initially I was frustrated because it still hadn’t ovulated even though an app I was using said I was supposed to had already ovulated. Turns out I ovulate WAY late. I got a positive ovulation reading and had intercourse that day. Just short of two weeks later I was able to take a pregnancy test and it was positive! The second line is still lighter than the control line. I took a digital pregnancy test after multiple Pregmate tests that said I was pregnant. The digital reading said the same. I told to myself, I will back to give good review if I pregnant by using this. And yes it works for me. For Day 13 I started to used to detect my ovulation, and as you see its very low. And Day 18, booom 2 lines its means I'm ovulated at that day. So me and my husband had make love from Day 18-20 morning and night to make sure that egg was there. Day 7 after my ovulation past, I tried urine test to detect my pregnancy and there was a 2nd line but its blurred, so I tested again 12DPO and that was my expected period, and Boooo Its 2 red lines! I'm a postive pregnant. I can't believe that its effevtive and cheapest price than ever brand, we almost 6 months plan to have a 2nd child, by using this I believe that its really helped me especially of the irregular women's period there.
