I have been taking potassium citrate powder for the prevention of uric acid kidney stones and I thought these capsules would be easier than dissolving the powder into water.I track my urine PH and after taking these for 10 days, my PH dropped into the 5.5 level, (from 7.0 with the previous powder) which is not good, so I became suspicious. As a test, I dissolved 3 of these capsules into 1/8 of a cup of local tap water that I know the PH level of and it did not move one bit. When I dissolved the old powder into water and measured the PH, it jumped.Next, I tasted the water and it did not have the telltale salty taste that real potassium citrate has.The ingredient label says 90 mg of potassium "from" 275 mg of potassium citrate. I don't know what this means, but it's clear that these capsules contain mostly rice powder and are fraudulently advertised.Beware of any products from this company. Read more
