Please do not stop making these. I use these when I exercise, more specifically run or HITT training. Before these, my leggings appeared soaked and felt so soggy after running. Probably TMI, but I feel there are other women who can relate and could benefit from these. At one time I felt they stopped working, but found I wasn't placing up far enough. When you have a bit of a prolapse, you kind of have to push things up a bit more when inserting product. I was surprised at how effective this product worked for me. And to explain my reason for the one star for Absorbancy, these are NOT designed to be absorbent. For the biology lesson on this product. . . This IS NOT a tampon ladies. Yes, it goes into your vagina but it's designed to take up space and press against your urethra which runs directly adjacent to your vagina. That little bit of added pressure helps with those minor laughing, coughing, sneezing leaks. Especially after giving birth to four babies.For me, I can definitely feel the product inside me but not to the point of discomfort. Insertion is comfortable and is a tad bit more shallow than an actual tampon, but the applicator helps place it in the correct position. Removal is just as easy.Word of advice; buy the sample kit. A regular box of these are pretty pricey so you want to get the correct size. For tampons, I generally use Regular but don't go by tampon size for this product. Unfortunately, I need a size 3 and it's probably three the size of a Super tampon so it does look a bit intimidating. But for me, it works and it has allowed me to go back to an everyday liner instead of a thin incontinence pad. And that's the best thing ever! Read more

These things are a life saver! After a rough birth and lots of pushing, I've been dealing with the unpleasant experience of "loosing it" when I have a cold and have to cough or god forbid, I go to a trampoline park with my darling kiddo. These work great! I got size 3 and they seem to be the correct size, didn't try the smaller ones. Easy to insert and remove and they DO give support "down there". Highly recommend. I have 2 kids and have suffered with the dreaded "mommy bladder" for YEARS! Anytime I would cough, laugh, sneeze, jump, exercise, etc. I would always leak. It was so emabrassing! I adore these. I can jump rope, do double under jumps, running, box jumps...any of it. I am so much more confident and able to focus on my movement rather than be worried about leakage. I have recently started keeping this in while I take a restroom break at the gym, which is a life changer. I used to NEVER drink water during a workout for fear that a trainer would program pop squats at the end. Now I have zero leaks. After 4 children, I had only very occasional leaks with sneezing. Now, after my hysterectomy, I have been unable to kegel my way out of the mini leaks during activity. I am so happy with this product and it's role in helping me get my workouts back. These bladder supports are wonderful, they really work. I don't wear them everyday, just when I'm going to something where I will be sitting for a while, or traveling in a car. They are comfortable, in fact you don't even feel them. Follow directions, which are plain English, I highly recommend them for older women who may have a problem with dribbling before you can find a bathroom, or laughing. I see a pelvic floor therapist for pelvic floor issues like stress urinary incontinence following a couple of difficult births. It's affected my life greatly as I'm limited in the physical activities I can do and I have to keep everything low-impact. Not necessarily how I envisioned my 30s to look like. I decided to give these a try to help me while I regain strength in my pelvic floor. These are a GAMECHANGER. I cried out of JOY the first time I ran on a treadmill without issue. It was so nice to regain some control over basic bodily functions.If you want to be able to run, do plyometrics, get these. They're cheaper to buy here than in-pharmacy. Worth the $1.50 per run from my perspective. My cardiovascular health and maintaining a healthy body is more important to me than the small risks involved with using these. These work and look like tampons from the outside, and go in as such. While they've worked wonders for me, and has kept me clean and dry all day, be prepared because taking them out isnt the easiest... not that they'll get stuck, but you need a good grip. The very odd time, it may feel like a small bladder infection or UTI but its brief and again only the odd time. I went from laundry daily to regular life again with the only regret being that I found them about 5 years too late and after drugstores stopped selling them. I was very skeptical about this but after trying it, I now understand why it has such great reviews! I haven’t worn a thong or a too above my hips in 3 years because I was scared of leaks. After using this, I was finally able to feel free again and wear whatever I want!! I wouldn’t recommend wearing this all day as I worry about any bacterial build up overtime. I would recommend starting at 1 then if you feel like you're still leaking move up. I use size 2 for when I workout, especially at the fitness studio I workout at, it's alot of jumping and alot of pressure on the bladder.
