I appreciate the cordless, battery operated powering system which allows me to pack and use on the go! Portable is key in this age of travel we live in! I appreciate the product being made of silicone because it’s super easy to clean, dry off and put away after use. I love this brush specifically because it’s a one price, infinite use product. All you have to replace is the single AA battery!I have very sensitive skin so I require a gentle face cleansing routine. also, I require an easy, on the go, natural cleansing and make up routine. This face cleanser gives me just this. I use the cleanser once in the morning prior to any getting ready routine I have for that day and once in the evening. The four vibration modes offer a variety of intensity. I choose a mode dependent on what I’m cleansing from my face and if I need to focus on a specific area over another. I can feel it breaking down the dirt and oil from that day’s work! I use with a variety of my favorite face cleansers and additionally use it with a variety of lotions/serums/moisturizers. My skin has never felt softer and my skin has never been more clear. There were some clogged pores that I have been working to clear for literally years, even getting facials and having a professional work on extraction. But this was the thing that helped clear all that out. So happy I found this because my skin has never been better and that is 100% because of the PMD Clean.------------------------Let me start by saying that I take very good care of my skin. It's pretty sensitive so if I don't wash it morning and night and use two kinds of moisturizer, I have major issues even though I'm almost 40. I know it sounds high maintenance but I do what I have to do to have good skin (and even then it's sometimes still not enough). So I wondered how much of a difference this could make when I'm already doing a lot of things and have seen for more than 25 years.This arrived last week via Prime and I tried it that night. I've been using it every morning and night since then (now about 4 days). First of all, I could tell a difference the very first night I used it. I'm not sure how to actually explain how but my skin just felt different somehow. And as I've continued to use it, it's only gotten better. The texture of my skin is softer and I can tell my cleanser is getting deeper. There are some little problem spots that always have clogged pores that I can't seem to clear and this is gradually getting that stuff out.I'm truly amazed at what a big difference this little device has made for my skin. I HATE this thing!! I am so mad at myself for wasting $100 on this crap. I didn’t expect it to clear my skin, I was looking for an alternative to using an abrasive cotton pad to get my makeup off and it seems to work.....if I can stand to put this thing on my face! I feel like someone is vibrating my skull no matter how lightly I press it to my skin. I can only stand to use it for thirty seconds and at the end I have a massive headache. My PMD Clean Smart Facial Cleansing unit did not work when I first tried it. The paperInside fell off inside and prevented the battery to contacts. Fortunately I was able to remove it with a long thin tweezers . Most people without this tool or knowledge to check the inside with a flashlight will be sending it back. Read more

The brush heads of Clarisonic kept breaking me out, even after the second use with the bacteria it holds. The PMD clean is silicone and WILL. NOT. break you out! It’s so simple to use, it has many different settings for intensity of cleaning with the vibration. It makes my skin feel squeaky clean and ready for my personal microdermabrasion from PMD! So I didn't think this product would live up to the hype but it really does. It is easy to use, the handle is key. Also within the first two weeks it cleared one deep seated clogged pores by bringing it to the surface. In general I feel like my screen is clearer not because using this device prevents blemishes but rather brings them to the surface quickly so they get resolved much quicker. The bristles are soft and it's easy to clean/dry. I tried using the non bristle side to massage in lotion bilut it just made the lotion pill - it might work better for a face oil but in general I only use the bristle side. I also like when this product dries after you rinse it there are no watermarks or weird residue staining left on the brush. Read more

Bought this in May 2020 and hardly used it so took out the battery. When I went to put in the battery the compartment piece to keep it locked in could no longer screw into place. Doesn't look like anything broke, but just faulty cap or something. Part of the reason I bought it was because I didn't want a USB charged device. This is a perfect handheld facial cleansing device. Small enough to hold comfortably in my hand and the vibration thoroughly cleanses my skin. There’s a vibration setting for applying my moisturizer, my serum and my cleanser. It’s flexible and it contours my face. Very minimal maintenance as it only uses one AA battery which lasts a few months (daily use, am and pm) and the antibacterial silicone material only requires soap and water for cleaning. No part replacements needed. I’ve been using this device for almost a year now and I can already feel the difference in my skin with it feeling very soft and supple. My skin is also squeaky clean after each use. It is a little bit pricey but still a lot cheaper than other brands offering the same qualities.
