Who knew! My children’s sit and spin of 30 years ago, but now with music. All children’s toys today seem to have music of some kind and this Peppa Pig sit and spin doesn’t disappoint the little ones. I bought this for my 2-year-old son. He always wants to be spun in the kitchen chairs so I thought this would allow him to spin himself and he would stop asking adults to spin him all the time. On Christmas morning I thought we had accidentally thrown away the screw for the bottom but now I see other reviews that say it was missing in the first place. We had another screw on hand that worked and it seems to be holding up just fine. It’s lightweight so my son can move it from room to room by himself. It’s the perfect size for my average 2-year-old but even at his size it starts to tip sometimes when he really gets going. The Peppa Pig branding is really cute and the songs are subtle and not too obnoxious. Overall it was a good Christmas present. Read more

This was a Christmas gift for my 2yo and 4.5yo grandkids. The box listed the 3 required screws as being included (they weren't). It took a while to assemble since we had to scramble around the house to find screws that would fit it. The description says it's for ages 18 months to 99. Now, I didn't seriously expect this to hold an adult...but I DID expect it to fit a child under 5. The 4.5yo tried to make this work, but it is so lightweight, and has such a small diameter, that it constantly tips over. It was a huge disappointment, and definitely NOT worth the money I paid. Our daughter is 21 months and fits well, she grasped the concept really quickly and enjoys spinning around. Hopefully it will last long enough for her newborn brother to have it when he gets to around the same age. Seems like it will last if cared for/stored properly. Music is slightly annoying as it isn't continuous, starts and stops as the child spins but willing to put up with it for the smiles and giggles. Good product overall. Read more

The media could not be loaded.  There are many products like these on the market but due to its Peppa pig design, it really hits home for some kids. I got this for my god daughter who is Peppa pig mad! She fell in love with it as soon as she saw it. The build quality is very good and most likely will be able to withstand some reasonable wear and tear.It is very safe but I would advise that it is to only be used by smaller children. Luckily my god daughter is off a petite size. It’s also better to use this on a carpet or a rug, this allows for some friction to stop it sliding about. If you use it on hard floors it tends to slip around and could be considered a little bit unsafe.The pepper pig songs really get her attention. It can be quite annoying for the parents though. Nevertheless it plays on two senses, her ears and movement, by doing this she seems to never really get bored of it. Sometimes she will just run over to it and dance along with the music.I think the current asking price is reflective of what you get. The build quality is very durable and it offers hours of fun. There is some construction required out of the box but it really isn’t that hard. All in all I’m very impressed by this toy and would highly recommend it. Read more

This playskool peppa pig sit and spin comes boxed, and it arrived with the address label stuck to the product box so remember to select alternative packaging if it is for a gift.It requires a little self assembly which is very easy. It requires 3x aaa batteries which aren’t included. This is great fun for a child although i would say that it fits quite a narrow age range. They need to be old enough to sit and hold on and spin round, but it is quite a small toy so it won’t suit children that are much older than 2.5/3 years.
