Only disappointment is the relative lack of color options.Bought this 1 for my daughter and two others for me.Wanted to get my daughter a version with the tube shaded pink, similar to Playmat Tube - Monster Protectors Prism-shaped Play Mat Tube (Opaque Black) - Won't Roll , Easy in and Out Design , but after extensive web searching it seems such a product does not exist. Settled on this version, and she was happy with it.Great solid construction, fits mats of slightly different sizes well, and lid stay on snugly in transport.Will likely buy for all frequently used playmates!!!! I've seen several other reviews for these tubes that claim the bottom section fell out after just one or two uses. Maybe I got lucky, but out of the twelve Monster-brand tubes I've purchased, all of them have been solid and sturdy. The color selection is nice, and the shape is great for keeping the tube from rolling off of flat surfaces. They're definitely one of the cheaper options for playmat storage, but they're pretty good at doing what they do. Read more

The plastic is a little flimsy on the tube itself, but I feel like I don't have to worry about that since the risk of it rolling off the table onto the floor is slim to none. The color is beautiful and it's much easier to fit a mat in there than the ultra pro ones. Read more

I bought one of these for my fiance for Christmas last year and he loved it. Not only are we avid magic players, but we like to go to a local shop to play with friends and compete. I really enjoy have my favorite mats protected... These are my favorite tubes, only problem with this one was the lid isn't nearly as snug as the others, hold it upside down too fast, the matt will knock it out.Otherwise, it protects, it doesn't roll off the table....
