I see a Chinese Dr. as my practitioner of choice and she recommended Tumeric for immune support and other health benefits. She sells a very high quality and expensive brand of Turmeric through her office and I asked her if she could help me pick out a good quality but more affordable Tumeric and she pointed me in the direction of this product. She said its important that Tumeric be blended with black pepper for absorption and efficacy. She liked this brand and I trust her judgement. I'm very disappointed in this product! I bought it for $30 and i will not take one single tablet. The first ingredient is sorbitol!!! I figured it has 5 star ratings, and for that price they must be good. It's beyond my understanding why there needs to be an artificial sweetener in any supplement. Will never buy again. Read more
