These were just what I needed. I was able to pump twice as much and able to begin deep freezing for an emergency supply.When I first started taking these I didn't know the difference because I would breastfeed 30 mins after. The few times I didn't breastfeed within 30 mins of taking them, I started to leak. I don't recommend taking them if your breasts are full either. I got the engorged release pain (painfully leaking) and had to pump for relief. Read more

I dont pump so I'm not sure about the actual amount of increase, but I felt my supply dropping so I ordered these. I took 2 pills as soon as I got them and then the next day I took one on the morning and one at night. By day 2, I felt full and my supply had increased! There is no funny taste like other lactation pills. Will be buying more! Read more
