This water flosser is more compact, easier to handle, and can actually be used while in the shower...Keeps a long charge. The water chamber comes apart for easy cleaning...I would encourage people interested in this 'water pic' to be aware that the flexible tubing located within the water chamber is long enough to pull the water out, but is 'directional'.... so by holding the water reservoir and pic at a 'tilt' you can achieve good water flow without 'spluttering'.The 4 original plastic dental 'flossers' are color coded for family use. Pibidi has also sent me an additional 4 jets with different purposes, as a free gift. I never used a water flosser before and wasn't sure what to expect. It seems okay but I have nothing to compare it to. I find the buttons to be in a place where I tend to push them and change the stream or stop it in the middle of using it which is annoying. I have never been able to get it to last for the full two minutes and the tube doesn't stay in place so it ends up on the wrong side every time. Product came on time and was packed well.The product is very light and convenient to travel with, it comes with 4 different heads for squirting water and small bag for traveling which won't be taking up much of the space in your luggage/ or in your bathroom.I have used a Waterpik in the past but end up replacing them every other year so I decided to try this one. I prefer pibidi over the Waterpik.It has all the power the Waterpik does. I like that the on and off switch and level control are on the front for you to easily see. It also cost less than the Waterpik. It has an updated future of a USB cord to charge it, so it is a lot better than buying new batteries all the time! The water tank is removable so it's easy to fill and clean. It also has a small opening on the side so it also can be filled without removing the tank.The customer service was fantastic. I love this water flosser! It is so helpful to remove plaque, especially around a crown. I really like the fact that the water tank is removable from the wand. I had never used a water flosser before I purchased this pibidi flosser, so I was really pleased when I first started using this one. The instructions were clear, so I had no difficult getting started. I had been told by a friend to expect water to go every where when using a water flosser, but my dentist told me just to keep my mouth closed when using my water flosser, and I had no problem. I recently had a bridge installed between two of my teeth, and getting a standard bridge flosser above the bridge is next to impossible, but the pibidi solved this problem. I've had the cordless flosser for five days now and am well pleased with it. It replaces a water pik that I'd been using for several years. I've used it now five times and my impression is that it flushes out food particles as well as the much more expensive tool it replaces. The fluid reservoir is easy to fill, and I've been using a combination of mouthwash and tap water just as I did in the previous flosser I had. It has plenty of power to do its job, and also has three modes you can use to adjust the way it flosses: normal power, "soft" power, and pulse mode. I've used all three and thusfar prefer normal although pulse is an interesting second preference. Battery life seems good as it still indicates a full charge after five uses. It comes with a power adapter and charging cable as well as a pouch that can be used to store the flosser in when travelling. The charging cable appears to be a proprietary design, so be careful not to misplace it. The bottom line after a relatively short, real world test is that it works and is much better suited for travel than the counter top device it replaces. Read more

It's light and portable, no cords or tubes to deal with - fits easily next to our toothbrushes in the medicine cabinet and doesn't take up a bunch of counter space like some old models. I like the fact that the water reservoir is removable for cleaning. It has good pressure for a small unit and holds a charge well. It takes a time or two of using it to understand how to hold it and get all of the water out of the reservoir, but overall it is a great unit.Most importantly though, the company has awesome customer support.I did have one question and they responded promptly to my question.Have enjoyed contacting pibidi service people with questions and they enjoy providing a level of customer service above all others. Yep, respect and integrity drive them to insure I am satisfied and get this folks.The company offered an extended warranty by providing an order number.Overall very satisfied with the product and the customer service and would recommend.
