As mentioned by others, they are clearly fake once they arrive. They don't have the serial numbers engraved on the bottom, they're missing the little circuit piece as well. In addition, the cut of the bristles is wrong, and the colors are dim. Do not waste your money on these... I didn't realize they were fake until I went to use one. Much to my chagrin. Where to begin. This clearly says “Genuine Philips..” there nothing genuine about these brush heads. They are dingy and slightly yellowed. They appear to have been used to clean someone’s grout. There’s not chip in the bottom to communicate with the toothbrush body. They feel like hollowed out toy legs. Embarrassing that Amazon would sell theses at the price of OME brush heads. These were very obviously counterfeit. Bristles were clear and too thin compared to genuine brush head that came directly from original manufacturer. Protective plastic brush head cap differs from manufacturer as well. Explains why they were on sale for such a cheap price. Read more

I have used these for about a month and the blue is already faded completely off, and brisles falling out and I couldn’t understand why. It’s because They are fake!! I went to the real Phillips website on google and this brush head is discontinued!!! I have had the Phillips sonicare toothbrush for about 6 years and NEVER have had a brush head fade this quickly and the brisles are frayed and falling out after only 1 month!! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought so now I know why these performed so bad!!! Save your money and don’t buy them on Amazon, I am purchasing in store only now. And will be very careful with anything else I buy on Amazon! Fake product!!I wish I had read the reviews on amazon.com first. It comes in what looks like genuine Philips packaging but the printing on the heads is weird. The bristles are also different to my heads that came with the brush. It also wouldn't click on, I had to really force it and then there was a gap between the head and the handle.If you look at the silver ring underneath genuine heads they have a serial number. To anyone saying these are fake, you may have gotten a bad batch. This product is linked on the official website.These are expensive, but the brushes are so much better than third party ones. I used off brand ones for a few months and decided to go back to these. These are noticeably better, and make your teeth feel so much cleaner. They are very pricey, but when you have an expensive toothbrush, you might as well spend more on the better brushes to get the most out of your money. Read more
