The first brush I used from this pack was the C3 plaque control head. The bristles started falling out after two weeks' of use. The bristles fell out in my mouth while brushing, starting with the top bristle. The entire round base of the bristle comes out, so whatever glue they are using is not wearing down. I switched to the second head - G3 gum care - hoping the issue with the first head was a fluke. After three weeks of use, a bristle fell out today while brushing.I've been using sonicare toothbrushes as my primary 2-3x per day toothbrush since 2003. I have barely had the first toothbrush head on for a month. It has completely fallen apart. I had the G2 previously and those lasted a very long time. These G3 heads are literally falling apart as I brush my teeth. Almost daily I spit out a group of bristles.As expensive as these are for the brand name, I had much higher expectations. I have a Phillips DiamondClean Smart, and while this product 'works' it's not as good as the brushes that originally came with my toothbrush. The bristles are much harder, they have trouble syncing with my phone, and they make a weird, high pitched sound while brushing. My brush alerts me if I'm using too much pressure, or if I'm brushing too fast, but not with these. The brush head is also wider and doesn't fit in my mouth as well as the genuine originals. I the past I have several disappointments with toothbrush heads from Phillips, which almost made me lose my faith in the product. I mean, the toothbrushes are fantastic but when you have to buy expensive heads and some of them are not working properly , you start questioning yourself it it is worth to continue using the product. A lot of the bristles came out while brushing my teeth after only a few weeks of using the brush heads (see photos). I love Philips, but am quite disappointed with this product. Perhaps it was a manufacturing error, but I recommend against buying these brush heads. Read more

En verdad que lastima que haya personas que no verifiquen y pongan comentarios de que los productos son falsos ya que llegue mucho a dudar en comprarlos a pesar del súper precio de Black Friday, son caros pero valen mucho la pena.
