This “genuine” toothbrush head is definitely FAKE. I have posted a picture of the side by side comparison with the REAL sonicare snap on brush head (bottom) and the order from amazon (top). I should have read the reviews carefully before placing the order since there are other customers complaining about the integrity of this product. The package looks cheap and are easy to open. The carved sonicare logo is much lighter than the genuine one. Customers be aware!!!! Read more
Packaging looks correct, but all three "New" "Genuine Philips" brush heads have discolored stainless steel rings that do not compare well with my previous batch that's a couple of years old-Either, Philips quality control has gone way down hill, or these new brush heads are bogus.Regardless, Amazon can do better than this, or will keep getting negative feedback & returns. I've tried knock offs and NOTHING compares to the original. It's not worth the significant drop in quality not to mention what they are doing, or not doing, to your teeth. After than one incident many years ago I only get the real McCoy. Make sure it's sold by Amazon and not other third party. The price is ridiculously high for toothbrushes but I use each for 6 months before changing (as opposed to the recommended 3 months) and I wait until it's only sale for a day. That usually happens 2-3 times per year. When it's on sale you pay about five bucks per head.Every time I go to the dentist for a cleaning he doesn't have much work to do! :) Read more
These do not appear to be genuine Sonicare replacement heads. They wore out very quickly. The bristles are splayed out after 2 weeks of use. The darker blue bristles that are supposed to change color to indicate when it is time to replace the head turned white within one week of use. The flange for attachment to the handle is not shaped like a normal Sonicare flange. Disappointed. Read more
I ordered these in the standard packaging when the price dropped to $14.99. Figured I wasn’t out much even if they were knockoffs. They are the genuine Philips brush heads (in the regular, hard-to-open package). I promptly ordered 2 more - what a great deal! Read more
These brushes are perfect in that they are not too hard and not too soft which is prefect for those who like a classic clean feeling after brushing. I particularly like that the blue bristles fade with use helping me to remember when it’s time to replace the brush head because lets be honest, every little trick helps these days! Read more
Wrong item. They don't fit my toothbrush. I had a Braun/Oral B electric toothbrush that lasted me over 20 years and the replacement heads were cheaper and interchangeable. I had no idea that there were different types of replacement heads for these Philips toothbrushes, nor did I notice how insanely overpriced they are before I got the stupid thing. There's nothing in the manual for the toothbrush that tells you which replacement heads to use - or even instructions for how to replace the heads, so that you can even figure out you have the wrong freakin' heads. And now I've wasted $20+ on brush heads I can't use and the return window has passed. I am not happy at all. Read more
These replacement toothbrushes do what they're supposed to with one exception: the "time to replace" bristles don't tell you anything, i.e. no change of color over time. As these are the name brand and expensive, the manufacturer needs to do better. Read more
