These are great. Previously I was using the cheapest brush heads you can buy on Amazon. After a few years of using those, I was having gum problems and actually needed a few periodontal surgeries to make everything better.Then I decided to try these brush heads, and wow they are good. First off, they have two levels of bristles: the regular length ones, and the extra long ones to clean between your teeth. As someone with some gum recession, these heads are great for me because they (plus flossing) really help keep my teeth clean and actually have helped my gums with time. I bought these maybe four months ago and already I am noticing a big difference. After brushing with the other cheap heads, my gums would always kind of ache. With these Philips heads, my gums actually feel good after I brush my teeth. My gum level in certain areas has also noticeably improved, probably because the Philips bristles are less harsh on your gums than some of the cheaper brands.If you are looking to improve how your next dental or periodontal visit goes, definitely get these Philips InterCare heads. These brush heads are amazing! Rapid arrival, clean at and feels like below the gum line, as well as, between teeth. My dentist saw an improvement after having used these for just a few months. No hesitations with recommending to others. Just remember that you don’t need to press hard, light hand - just let the brush head and bristles do what they were designed to do. As others have noted, this model disintegrates within a few days. After a week, it develops a very loud grinding noise making it unusable. This happened with the last three brushes ordered on Amazon, sold by Amazon, and allegedly genuine Philips. Given the cost of these brushes and one-week life expectancy, I started looking at different options. Not the most incredible thing ever. I was actually, surprisingly, disappointed by these. I mean, they're toothbrush heads -- what would you expect? They fit my Sonicare and do the job, but they actually do a poorer job than the normal brush head at getting in-between teeth; I think the reason is that the normal heads have pointed peaks instead of the blunt block of interdental bristles on this style. I ended up going back to the normal heads and I'm still very pleased with them, even as someone with braces. Read more

For some reason these don't fit as snugly/securely as other replacement brush heads I've ordered for my Sonicare Healthy White. They come off sometimes when I pull the cover off of them, but they seem to get the job done once they're reattached. Read more

The intercare brush heads are shaped perfectly to allow efficient brushing of BOTH the front and the back of the teeth. This cannot be said of some of the other styles of brush heads widely available in the non-electronic market. The best replacements IMO. Last for a long time, easily more than the 3 month recommended replacement period. I do replace them at that time, but you can go longer... Results are solid and I'm happy. Read more

Very good product. I don't think my dentist will hate me anymore! You simply cannot get your teeth this clean with a regular brush or with one of those $10 battery vibrating brushes. I only have 2 wisdom teeth but they are still in tact and difficult to reach with a traditional brush. Easy to clean with this bad boy! Read more
