The heads will not stay on. Soon as I replaced it I noticed that it was way to easy to install. When you turn the brush on the head will vibrate loose. Not sure if these are a new design or knockoffs but very much disappointed. Does anyone have the same issue or did I receive defective heads.UPDATE: after reading bunch of reviews I inspected all three heads and noticed they have these markings on them. One is a triangle, the other a rectangle and the third is a circle. These markings are to identify the heads when the unit is shared. Now the triangle and rectangle heads are solid and fit tight and do not vibrate off the main body. So the only defective head is the one with the circle marking. I have reached out to sonicare on their Facebook page. They commented right away saying they will get in touch. so hopefully someone will get back soon.HOW TO FIX: take a tiny section of some food plastic wrap put it over the shaft and insert the loose brush head. done. I had previously owned a mid-ranged Sonicare toothbrush for several years before purchasing this Diamondclean. I love it so much that I decided to splurge and get myself the flagship model, to add also to my two shavers, also Phillips. About two months after I started using the Diamondclean, there was a noticeable, sudden, and sharp decline in the motor power. I effectively used it as a manual toothbrush for the next six months before finally filling out a warranty replacement. I went through two of those in four months before my two year warranty expired. At that point, I had already read all of the bad reviews and experiences and knew the fulfillment center was just giving giving me crap replacement handles till my warranty ran out. That being said, this appears to have been a defective model from the release and I will never again buy a Phillips product. They released a bad product and didn't do anything but the minimum to keep me. I'm very disappointed with my experience with this product and with Phillips. I just purchaser a new toothbrush and went with the Oral-B SmartSense 5000 and will receive it today. I didn't even look at what Phillips products were available. They already got me for $120 for the defective Diamondclean model, I will not take my chances again. Read more

I have also had problems with the last two batches I bought from Amazon. About a third of the heads vibrate very loudly - sometimes after a few weeks of use and sometimes right out of the package. I also noticed that the blue bristle group that fade with time are much smaller on these heads than in the past. I originally thought that Phillips had changed the design. But after reading recent reviews about possible counterfeit heads, I ordered a pack directly from Phillips. These look exactly like the heads I used before having these problems. And they don't make that loud vibration noise. And they were only a couple dollars more expensive. Something fishy is going on with the Amazon product. Read more

I had previously purchased another set of Philips Sonicare brush heads only to find out they were cheap knock-offs. I've seen comparison photos of how to tell which is a true Philips product vs an OEM or knock off product. The ones I received unfortunately were not "original" Philips, but they were close. I think the difference between OEM vs knock-off is on whether or not a company was licensed by Philips to make it for them. The previous knock-off ones I got were blatantly ripped off and can be compared to buying DVD off the streets. These, though not original, are working fine and have not worn down as rapidly. My first order turned out to be incorrect when looking for Philips Sonicare Genuine DiamondClean replacement toothbrush heads. Confirm model number first. Although advertised as a 3-pack, there were 4 replacement heads in the package. Made it a bonus buy. I would recommend. Read more

These brush heads perform their job admirably. While your results may vary, what follows has been my experience:I brush twice a day with my Sonicare... sometimes on the 2 minute cycle, most often on the 3 minute cycle. I have found that these brush heads tend to last a little longer than the recommended replacement window. Rarely will the blue 'indicator' start to fade within the first couple of weeks... but then almost all at once it begins to fade -- pretty dramatically. So while the blue indicator bristles may be a helpful reminder to replace your brush heads, I find that you've got quite an extended grace-period in which you can continue to use them.As a side note - I am of the opinion that using the sterilizer that comes with some of the Sonicare's that use these heads tends to cause the blue indicator lines to fade much sooner than they would normally. I'm nothing but pleased with these brush heads. They seem to do an excellent job cleaning, and are holding up just fine for my wife and myself.We have the Philips Sonicare FlexCare brush, rather than the DiamondClean brush. We chose to get this "older" version of the brush based on reviews, and simply use the newer brush heads, and I have to say I do think this is the winning combination. The brush works great, and these heads fit perfectly, and do a great job cleaning.I have only one minor comlaint (outside of price...obviously I wish these brush heads weren't so darn pricey): I wish they still offered the color-coded rings for the brush heads. My wife and I share a single electric toothbrush, just switching the head out, and it would be nice to more easily distinguish whose is whose. It's not a huge deal; we just keep the heads in separate drawers, but it would be nice to have that extra way of distingushing them. Read more
