It felt like that just clean feeling after leaving the dentist’s office.Maybe a week after purchasing the toothbrush, it started making a loud rattling sound when running in all modes. The brush head stopped vibrating as well (at first I thought maybe I got used to the vibration and couldn’t feel it anymore). I decided to exchange and I’m glad I did!The new toothbrush is quiet and has very strong vibration through the brush head. However, my first one worked very well when I first got it and I used it very gently. This thing earned me my very first good report card at the dentist that I've had in years.I've had lots of medical problems since I was 16 and I honestly stopped caring about my teeth for a long time and I paid for it and I continue to pay for it no matter how much effort I was putting in on them. No matter what I did, I'd have inflamed gums and tons of 4's when measuring my gums.The only thing my dentists could suggest was to buy whatever they were being paid to push at the time and not necessarily what would be best for my teeth.After a particularly bad visit to the dentists. You can't fake that level of endorsement. 3 months later, I'm getting oodles of 2's and 3's with very few 4's on my gum measurements (I only remembered to use this thing half of the time too!). I had the black colored tooth brush for over 3 years and I loved it! It died so I decided to stick with the same brand. When I searched for the products I saw that this white colored tooth brush offered the same features and it was cheaper. When I first got it, I noticed that it was 20x louder than the black one. As I continue to use it, it gets louder and louder, and I finally realized that it's because the head isn't attaching correctly. It's as if the vibration is so strong, and the head doesn't fit properly on the base, that it's vibrating off! And if the head is wet at all, it sprays all over my face while I'm brushing. I think it's defected. I'm going to request a new one because I'd hate to think that the color of the tooth brush depends on the quality of the product. Read more

I have been using Sonicare since 2004, when my dentist first recommended this brand. I must have owned 7 or 8 or these brushes, all different models, including the "smart" version which came out a couple of years ago. The new Diamond Clean Classic is the best yet. It can be confusing choosing among the many different models, all at different prices, but they have finally achieved perfection. I just hope it lasts the full two years of the warranty – in the past, my experience has been that these brushes last about one year. At first, they were happily replaced by the manufacturer. Lately, not so happily. But at least for now, this is an excellent product and I would recommend it to my family and friends. Read more

After seeing this on sale, I finally made the leap into an electric toothbrush. Every time I'd go to the dentist, they'd tell me I was brushing too hard despite using soft bristles. The first time I used this, my teeth felt like they had a professional cleaning. I've been using the "gums" setting since I haven't been flossing as much. The small profile of the top makes it easy to reach the back teeth.There's also a timer that vibrates (not sure on how long the timer is) to remind you to switch where you're brushing. I always zone out when I'm brushing my teeth and next thing I know I've been brushing the same side the entire time. Little things like that make it a better experience.The case it comes with is pretty nice for traveling. It's easy to place on the charging stand and is sturdy. There's a nice little indicator light that comes on to let you know it's charging. Debating buying one for my gf next time it goes on sale! Read more

I have been dying for a new sonicare for years. I finally pulled the trigger on this one and I couldn't be happier. I haven't tried the extra settings but I use the deep clean setting twice a day and my gums have shown improvement after a few weeks. My teeth feel slick and clean for significantly longer than my old manual toothbrush did. The charger is unique and is aesthetically pleasing too. I cant recommend this toothbrush enough. I had my last Sonicare for 7 years and it worked fine. After that long there’s just mildew looking spots that were embedded in the tiny hidden rubber areas. After years of alcohol and peroxide treatments it was permanent. Time for a new Sonicare and this is even better. I don’t like the fact the case doesn’t clip closed and would like to charge it in the case but that’s not worth the extra money. The money wasn’t the issue I just felt like a charging case was a rip for another $100. This was a good value. Took it on vacation for a couple weeks and didn’t come close to needing a charge anyway. Me gustó el diseño, me parece que cumple con su función y me gusta mucho que le la carga de la batería dura bastante. Tiene una función que por medio de la vibración te avisa que ya pases a la siguiente área de los dientes, para que pases el tiempo suficiente en la limpieza. También me gusta que trae varios programas y niveles de limpieza. Lo que NO me gustó nada, es que se supone que hay una app que agrega otras funciones. Este cepillo es muy bueno para las personas que viajan constantemente. El estuche es firme para guardarlo correctamente de forma segura. El vaso es muy práctico para cargarlo en el baño, sin embargo el tiempo de carga es mucho, puede tardar inclusive dos días en cargarse completamente.
