I have gone through four - yes 4 - diaper bags in search of The Perfect One. The rest have been very nice but not great. Either they didn't have enough room, they didn't close at the top and stuff was constantly falling out, or they were well, kinda ugly. This bag has room for so much stuff and so many compartments, even a pocketbook pack-horse like myself feels organized. (Must I take 3 different outfits for my son in case he messes the one he has on? Where do I think he's going? To host an award show?)And this bag - actually all of the Petunia Pickle Bottom bags - are so unbelievably beautiful it's ridiculous. The inside is beautiful too! Practical + gorgeous - what more could a Mom want really? (Apart from your pre-baby weight, of course!) When I am done using it as a diaper bag, if it's still in good shape, I'll remove the (removable) diaper pad and it'll be a great laptop carrier.One warning: I have kept my old (and very good) blue cammo diaper bag packed for my husband to use. PPB is a very girly-looking line of bags and my husband was relieved he wouldn't be expected to carry this when he took our son out. Read more
