I've been looking for the perfect lamp for my daughter's nightstand forever. And I believe I found it. This lamp is feminine, delicate and perfect for an 8yr olds room! She was so excited when she saw this on her nightstand too!The lamp came perfectly packaged and was really tight in the box so nothing broke. It also included a lightbulb in its own box. Super easy assembly, just pop the light bulb in, put the lampshade on and plug it in. It has a push button to turn the light on and off and mine is a LITTLE bit touchy at times, but it works pretty well overall.The lamp is gorgeous and provides a nice soft lighting in the room. Lighter than an overhead light, but definitely brighter than a nightlight. The lamp is a very good size and perfect for a nightstand. This lamp felt rather meant to be - as it is LITERALLY my favorite lamp in a household with no overheads (ALL lamps).. AND MY NAME IS GABRIELLE! I have had this on my vanity but I'm ordering s second one now to use on the night-stands. It has the most adorable shape, the lamp shade is gorgeous, it's not huge like several others have turned out to be- and it somehow brings a femininity but without being barf-o princess glitter pink.
