This product puts up a nice moisture barrier and helps healing not only in the peri area but anywhere on the body. Just happened to find it by accident for a wound on my stomach and it does a great job; I like the fact it's primary ingredient is zinc oxide; the zinc oxide is mixed with other ingredients so it is not thick which is preferred for my use.
