Definitely not the same as the original preworkout with the micro beads, but still decent. At least the flavor is enjoyable, especially served really cold. This will probably fall in deaf ears, but it’d be nice if the manufacturer packaged the product in a more efficient way; this tub could hold twice if not three times the amount of powder in it. Not only is that costlier, but it makes it cumbersome to scoop the powder out, especially if you have big hands. If this is sold by weight and not by volume, it only makes sense. I bet improving the packaging will not only reduce the carbon footprint, but will most likely reduce the price of the product. Just something to think about. And while you’re are it, bring the old formula back! Read more
I use to use the old version of this preworkout and I used to love it but this one even tho it does has a better flavor does not give me as much energy as the old version. I’m changing to a different pre workout. Very dissatisfied Read more
Ion used to be the most potent stuff I ever used. The newer versions, as with all PW, get tamed down. This evolution of the product still works very well. Read more
As some of the other reviewers have said, if you’re buying this bc you loved the original formula, this isn’t it. I feel like I’m drinking flavored water, even a little like drinking Emergen-C vs a pre-workout. Doesn’t do anything in terms of pumping me up unlike before or the tingly feeling like before. The taste too has been downgraded. Extremely disappointed. This used to be my favorite; unfortunately I will now have to search for a new pre-workout. Read more
This photo is right after I removed the lid and inner seal. As you can see, the container is only 1/3 full. That would seem to be an awful amount of settling. Also, if the container was full when shipped and settled to 1/3 of it's original volume, should I only use 1/3 scoop per serving? Read more
I have 1 serving a half an hour before my 8 hour dog grooming shift. Some people think it's easy, but it can be a work out. It lasts throughout most of the day and I don't crash. I love it! Read more
