I ordered the peppa pig design for my son, not realizing these seem to be gender specific as it didn’t come with a deflector. Looking back at the options, only the designs that seem to be geared towards boys come with the deflector. I didn’t even realize peppa was considered a “girls show”. Just very disappointed at the gender stereotype. I have a couple other ones for my son with a splash guard and needed another. He loves peppa pig so I didn’t think twice about getting it only to realize after that it didn’t come with a splash guard. Also, what if I had a girl and a boy- am I supposed to switch out the potty when one goes to the bathroom? It’s ridiculous. There is nothing gender specific about peppa and even if there was, I would want my son to get the character he likes. My daughter loves Peppa Pig so I thought this would be perfect to help encourage her to sit on the potty. But it doesn’t fit well on the toilet seat (elongated toilet) and it slides around. I LOVE buying American, and I will absolutely go out of my way to buy products made entirely or at least assembled in the United States. Luckily, a quick amazon search of "Child toilet seat USA" led me to this product. My wife loves it! We have two of them already: a Dora and a Peppa Pig. We have 2 different style toilet seats and this training seat fits well on them all! The cushion feels soft and durable and it wipes clean easily. The handles on the side make me laugh, but I know they're really for extra surface area on the sides so the seat doesn't fall inI'm thinking on buying a third for our third bathroom!My only gripe is that the first seat we ordered came with a plastic hanging hook so you can hang it off the toilet bowl when not in use. I had another potty seat for my 2.5 year old that she use to use when she was getting potty trained. And out if no where it was like pulling teeth to get her to use her seat. I think because her original seat had a lip in the front and it was hard plastic. I got her the peppa pig seat because she loves peppa and the seat is soft and is flat. It really helped out alot. Now she tells me that she has to go potty instead of me dragging her to the potty lol. Read more

Peppa Pig .......Hey for $10 and delivered, I'm happy. Some reviews say it slides YES on the oval seats but if u dont make a big deal they (kids) aren't gonna notice, it Doesn't slide ALOT...aka all crazy. My 18 month old doesn't even notice. Also note.... if you buy a pink color seat it won't have a a "male" deflector why? Because there are GIRL seats and BOY seats so pick ur child's Gender! This seat is perfect. My little one is 4 and it fits her bun perfectly. I have a small stepstool in front of the toilet and it helps her to climb on to the toilet seat. Without that seat she sort of sinks into the toilet. She loves that little seat, her little feet be swinging sitting there. The seat is soft which is also good and it can easily be pulled apart to clean with Clorox wipes. We were excited to receive it. It looks nice and considerable came with its own toilet hook. We put it on the toilet seat and saw how it goes, however it doesn't have a grip on the toilet seat and slides. So I persuaded my kids not to use it. Sorry that I have to return it. Read more
