Due to dehydration issues my 94 year old mother's doctor told her to drink a quart of sports drink every day. She does not like Gatorade and therefor did nothing. I ordered a case of the unflavored Pedialyte product and she doesn't have any problem drinking it and her doctor concurred that this was a great substitute for sports drinks.I contacted the customer service department at Pedialyte and asked if the product could be frozen into ice cubes or used to make coffee. I swear these are knock offs. The batch I got was either stale or these aren’t legit. They taste different than the ones in the store, and I don’t feel hydrated with these. Again, maybe I just got a bad batch. All 8 of them didn’t taste right or hydrate like the ones in the store. Read more

The deal online is cheaper than most stores and I wanted to buy in bulk. I read some reviews of it tasting weird, but I decided maybe they didn't like it for whatever reason. When I tried it, it was very different than what I normally get at the local pharmacy. I'm not sure how or why. Pedialyte has a specific taste and this was different in " flavor, " even though I got flavorless, and texture which felt very " loose " and not the same consistency as what I have been buying for years. I’m addicted to this stuff but it’s expensive as hell. If you want to hydrate quickly or are sick nothing is better than this stuff and the clear version is the best the rest of them all taste terrible. If only it were like as cheap as Gatorade I would seriously buy this more than it. Read more

This product is great for before a night of drinking and after. Do not drink warm taste gross. If cold you can pond it with Lil to no after taste.Been using this for 30 years. Great for flu or cold. I use this because I have a hard time staying hydrated with just plain water. The price went way up during the pandemic which did NOT make me very happy. Buy this one and the less expensive brand for our senior dog who is weakening as she ages. Prone to dehydration. She loves this one and the less expensive brand so it is good enough for all of us.
