Try out now pesticides free, zero chemicals, zero metallic salts hair dye like Peacock lady pure henna powder. Is absolutely vegan hair dye and organic hair color for women. Our Henna has been designed to cover gray hair and turn them into highlights, but it DOES NOT contain color developers that can provide 100% coverage, so individual results may vary depending on the % of grey & experience with Henna. Friendly Reminder: As a natural product, the result depends on your own hair and the components you have chosen. If you are switching from chemical dyes to Henna, one application may not be enough, most of the first time Henna users get expected results after a couple of applications, this is because henna works differently as compared to conventional hair colors. Henna cuticles need to build up and it will build up after every use making it darker and darker after every use. How To Get Maximum stain: If using henna first time, before dying your hair test if the acid component is acid enough to activate the powder. Safest is to try out 8h activating and 8h in hair. We highly recommend not to wash hair with shampoos with sulfate until after 48 hours, as Henna fully develops color after that. Sulfate does not go well with henna dye and it will wash out the hair color before it gets a chance to settle in. Do touch ups on the roots and grays to get better coverage.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE CONSIDERING 100% NATURAL HENNA Since our henna does not contain color developers (harmful chemicals) that speed up the application process, it takes longer time to prepare and apply. Safest is to try out first 8h activating and 8h in hair. If you are a first time user, before dying your hair, please make a test with a spoonful of powder with componence you have chosen to activate the powder. Let it stay 8h and test if your acid component was acid enough to activate the powder. Paste should have gone darker after 8h. You will learn how to judge timing after a few times using henna hair dye and recognize when paste is ready. If it didn't work, do not hesitate to write to us and ask for help! Always use wooden or plastic bowl and spoon. Mix Henna powder with the acidic component (lukewarm coffee or tea, brewed with distilled or filtered water).Stir the paste thoroughly until the thick pudding-like paste is evenly mixed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for about 8h at room temperature without sunlight. Henna will not stain if used immediately, the acid must activate the lawsone particles that will give stain to your hair. If the powder has absorbed a lot of water while activating and the paste has become too thick, add slowly more distilled or filtered water to make it thinner. Make sure the paste is neither too thin or too thick, or else it will be hard to apply on the hair. Adding too much water will not affect the stain, just harder to apply. The longer you hold the paste on, the more Henna has the opportunity to stain your hair. We recommend holding it for up to 12h. After washing it off it may take up to 48-72h for the color to be fully developed. You can do touch ups on the roots and grays to get better coverage. It might seem like a big work and effort but once you succeed and find the right way for your hair, you will be making a big impact on the health of your hair by simply not using the chemicals anymore.

I,VE BEEN DYEING MY HAIR IN THE FOR 20 YEARS , THIS HANNA DOESN'T PAINT AT AII Read more
This was my first time using henna. I found it easy to use and less complicated than everyone made it seem and the results were AMAZING !!!Before I used it, I showed it to my hairdresser and she said this was very fine powder and should be very easy to mix. She was right.I used strong black tea to mix it, let it sit overnight for 10h, applied it and then held it in my hair for 8h. Used low-poo when rinsing and no conditioner as this was not advised on the package. The pic is made a few days after my first application. The color has developed nicely and I'm really pleased with it 🙂To my surprise there were 2x100g packs and 100g was enough for my hair.Tip from my hairdresser: In case you have a sensitive scalp, don't mix with lemon juice or any other fruit as that dries out your hair and scalp. Coffee and tea work the best! And don't mix in any oils as this prevents henna from staining the hair. Do it a couple days after if you wish to use oils. Also your hair should be clean before using henna.8h should be the minimum to hold it after you mix it with tea or coffee and also 8h on your hair minimum, then you can be sure you will get the maximum out of it. IF IT DOES NOT STAIN, you may not have added strong enough tea or coffee to make it stain, just try again, there is another pack! Read more
