Remove the clear, protective top sheet and place the temporary tattoo face down on the skin. 2. Wet the back of the temporary tattoo thoroughly with a wet sponge or moist paper towel. 3. Press the temporary tattoo down on the surface area of the skin and hold 10 seconds. 4. Slide off the paper backing off of the temporary tattoo.

When I went to dab off the excess water the entire sticker smudged. I tried another and it was just stuck to the plastic protective layer. Would never buy again. Cheaply made product... waste of money. Read more

These did not stick on the skin. I believe they are actually stickers for the glass, not temporary tattoos. Read more
