My first time trying this product. It comes in a small bottle. Has a mild but pleasant fragrance. Best thing is that it moisturizes and is somewhat oily so that it doesn't dry out my hair. When my hair stylist did my hair last, I loved the shampoo so much I asked what she used. I do not believe this is actually Paul Mitchell shampoo. I bought this and the conditioner to go with. Not only does it have a strange smell, it dries out my hair and has caused my scalp to become EXTREMELY itchy. I have been using my good ol' Suave shampoo for the time being. I love the moisturizing this Paul Mitchell product has and have used it for years. With the pandemic I have ordered so much from Amazon. This order was exactly what I wanted and ordered. Received it in a timely manner. But when I opened it over half of the bottle had leaked out. Not happy about this. I will order this again but hope packaging has improved. I paid for a full bottle and got half a bottle instead due to poor packaging.Addendum: after looking at the bottle and the quality, consistency and smell this could possibly be fake. I used to use Paul Mitchell Shampoo One but switched to this when my hair started getting dry this past year. I have a lot of hair but it's pretty fine so wanted a product that would moisturize without flattening or weighing it down. This shampoo worked beautifully and despite hormonal changes, my hair is healthy and shiny. My hairdresser's opinion, not just mine. FYI, I use this shampoo in combination w/ a conditioner from Noevir for the dry bits, a product I have used for several years. In other words, I changed the shampoo, not anything else. I smelled the real deal at Ulta and a licensed beautiful salon after I bought this. This product is fake; I could tell right away when I used it. It has a cheap, alcohol-y smell and is a strange watered down gel formula. This was disappointing to say the least. Read more
