I am in the process of returning this product. I bought my last bottle of this from my salon. I decided to buy a big bottle of it though because I loved it so much and tried this. It is NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. This shampoo is a white/silver color. The one from the salon is purple. This one also has a very strange consistency and is chunky. My daughter has blond, curly/kinky hair (natural) and this, plus the conditioner is amazing for her natural hair. It's not watery (like the other blonde shampoo and conditioner by Paul mitchell). It's creamy and doesn't weigh down her hair. It's light like her hair needs, and moisturizes the curls. I have platinum blonde hair, and this shampoo is awesome! This is NOT a purple toning shampoo for blondes, just in case you are looking for that. Paul Mitchell does have a purple toning shampoo called "Platinum Blonde Shampoo." The "Forever Blonde Shampoo" is a light purple shampoo and takes a quarter sized amount to get a great lather. I have a lot of fine hair that is super long (to my shoulder blades). It makes a lot of suds, but it doesn't leave your hair feeling stripped. My hair feels clean after using and very soft to the touch. The smell is amazing, and doesn't smell like a lot of the old lady flower smells in other shampoos. My hair is definitely brighter after using, and I pair this with the Paul Mitchell "Forever Blonde Conditioner." I use this shampoo every other shampoo, since I switch off with a toning purple shampoo to keep my platinum hair white. I love the shampoo when purchased elsewhere. When you go to squeeze the shampoo in your shower to put on your hair and wash it, it comes out the sides of the cap. Needless to say half goes in your hand for your hair and the other half squeezes out all over the bottle . It is a waste of money. What happened to pride in selling?? This has been a god send for my hair. I've used products ranging from $4-$40 a bottle. This keeps me blonde and healthy. I also have extremely sensitive skin and lots of shampoos break out my back. This never does. The only reason why I am rating is because this order appeared to be watered down and more liquid than before. I believe the buyer has watered down the product. love this shampoo. My hairdressers use this, so in an attempt to get the same results as them I'm now using this. A little goes a long way, I have short hair and only need a pea size amount.
