In response to one or two reviewers who said this was not the real or original scent - Paris - I disagree. This is the real product and is the original scent. I haven't worn it in years, then rediscovered it in an airport duty free shop. The tester smelled exactly as I remembered it and so does the bottle I ordered from Amazon. I had to give at least one star in order to write a review. I am very familiar with this scent and I can tell you that this item has been sitting on the shelf for a VERY long time. And to top it off I can't return since it is "flammable " $70 down the drain!!!! Read more
When I wore Paris in the early 80s, it smelled light and clean. I got many compliments. This "Paris" smells heavy and powdery, like an old granny, and I get no compliments. I wonder if people just can't say anything nice so they don't say anything at all. I don't know if they changed their formula or if this is a knockoff, but I do not like it. I would order directly from Macy's if I had a way of knowing if the formula changed or not. Read more
